How to Paint the Inside of a Freezer DIY.

- You can see how i paid my 448 litters freezer which had a huge rust problem.
I used sand paper, stainless steel sponge scrubber.
Hoover to cleand the dust and microfiber clothes.
2x 400ml Universal Acrylic based primer
2x 300ml Aplliance Smalto Acrylic based spray paint.
You can use Aplliance Epoxy Spray or any acrylic based spray paint for aplliances after you use the universal acrylic based primer.
You need sand with the sand paper or the stainless steel stainless steel sponge scrubber(i think it works much better) all the rusted or problematc areas of your freezer until all the rust and bad paint goes off, clean the dust with a hoover and a wet microfiber cloth and let it dry. After it dries use a microfiber cloth to take off any dirty or dust.
Use the Universal Acrylic based primer for the first coat to cover all the problematic areas and then let it dry for at least 2 hours before you slightly sand it again. In this part if your freezer has a big problem such mine, you will need to slightly sand also the untouched color of your freezer before you apply the second coat of primer.
After you spray the second coat of your Universal Aclrylic based primer make sure to let it dry at least 4-6 hours(i left it overnight about 12 hours) before you slightly sand it again and clean it with your hoover and a clean wet microfiber cloth, let it dry or dry it with another microfiber cloth before you apply your paint.
Use the acrylic based appliance spray paint(which it can be as i already wrote another type of what i used such as appliance epoxy spray paint, or generaly an appliance spray paint) to paint your freezer in a well ventilated area or outdoors and let it dry for at least 24hours before you clean it again with a wet microfiber cloth and then you can plug it again and start use in it again.
After i restored my freezer i saw huge differense on the speed that my freezer lowers the temperature. Less than 10minutes to -18celsius from 20+celcius.

As i described in my video my friend, i'm not a professional painter so i did my best to paint and repair all the rust from my freezer, i asked many professionals to repair my freezer and everybody was telling me to buy a new one. So i asked some companies that sell paints for electric appliances and they told me what to use... Until now my freezer is working 1000% fine and i haven't had any problem with my food or products i put inside to freeze or any rust problem again... Thank you for watching... :)

This paint is not intended or recommend to paint inside the freezer or refrigerator.
Since an expert told me that is ok to use it, since I don't use my freezer to freeze unpacked products, I have no problem to do it and doing just fine until now...

@@daciasdiy1861 the best products is those that are used for white appliances acrylic based because they don't have chemicals that other paint products have. You can use different brand from that I use, acrylic based products have less chemicals than other products.

Any acrylic paint for appliances will do the job my friend, they are less toxic than the usual paints...

Unfortunately i haven't find special products for painting the freezer so i used those that was toxic free...

Acrylic based paint and primer usually they are sold for white appliances such freezers and fridge. It depents also what country you are so you can find them.
What colors? Just pure white?
I think that those kind of products comes out only in white. But you can ask in the store of DIY to be sure.

You need to find a spray paint for white appliances, the usually named
"appliances acrylic based paint or appliances epoxy spray paint" they are less toxic and more suitable for the inside of the freezers.
