    Caruso, um grande cantor de óperas e canções napolitanas. Sempre deverá ser lembrado e muito respeitado, por seu trabalho e competência.
    Parabéns Caruso!!!

    There is no greater performer!!!!!
    Caruso is unsurpassable!!!!
    No one today has such a voice.
    No one is able to sing with so much contained emotion!!!!
    Nobody today is capable of upsetting to this point.
    I am part of the generation that discovers the singers of before and I realize with sadness that the art of singing has been lost. Today's voices are forced. We hear technique. The voices are heavy.
    Caruso is amazing!!!!! A tenor that also has very nice low notes. He sings effortlessly. In this beautiful song we hear the voice crying!!!
    Thank you very much for making people of my generation discover great singers who naturally put their voice at the service of the Art.

    Non vedo commenti in italiano, forse hanno dimenticato che caruso è stato il migliore del mondo, di tutti i tempi. Oggi la gente ascolta le scemenze che si cantano a sanremo e ascoltano tanta musica spazzatura.

      The writer's lyrics are kindly given by a contributor here, as sung on most versions I have, but has no one noticed that Caruso does not sing the written lyric to the second verse? I have been trying for years to find out what it is that Caruso sings. I don't think they have ever been written down. Is there a Neapolitan speaker with a good ear who can tell us?

    What it is with Caruso is his ability to contrast diminuendo and crescendo. It's a nearly impossible feat to move, in the same note, from a boom to a sigh. His use of dynamics is compelling, moving, dramatic, sad, brilliant. So many things. He could suggest much more than other singers.

    On the endless and fruitless debate over who is the greatest tenor of all time - for me there is no debate. Somehow this astonishing voice, heart and artistry overcame the crudest recording techniques - the change in air pressure inside a horn scribing impressions into a wax disc . To sing with the kind of emotional depth and sweetness of spirit, in such a powerful voice, places Caruso at the apex of recording stars, opera or otherwise.

É algo transcendente, a tudo o k se possa sentir, é a dor angústia a cada verso a cada palavra a cada tom . Deus te ilumine sentimos a tua falta!!!!!!!!!!!

    No one singer on earth is worthy to be named " THE VOICE" This goes only to Caruso alone. The voice of Caruso is a harmony and combination of three voices..tenor, baritone and bass. His voice is really one sent from heaven. Listen to the "The Art of Caruso" and you will appreciate and admire his greatness. That's the reason he is called "Great." China has "The Great Wall." Italy has"The Great Caruso."

    Очевидно, Caruso был тем человеком, который всегда знал, чего хочет.
    И добивался этого

      Carissimo signor Rossi non è che le voci mancano, purtroppo sono i cattivi maestri che abbondano ovvero quelli che non conoscono minimamente la tecnica vocale italiana di tradizione di cui Enrico Caruso è il massimo esponente. Grazie a Dio nel suo trattato "L' arte del canto" (1908) ci ha lasciato precise indicazioni su come lui cantava. Basterebbe che la gente leggesse e si documentasse un po'.Purtroppo invece certi sedicenti maestri s' inventano "sistemi" (parlo di sistema perché la tecnica è tutt' altra cosa) che non hanno alcun riscontro a livello fisiologico, i giovani apprendisti spesso brancolano nel buio, i più meritevoli il più delle volte non fanno carriera, vanno avanti i meno capaci perché hanno determinati appoggi politici o di persone incompetenti che utilizzano criteri poco meritocratici (sei mio amico, sei allievo dell' insegnante mio amico, studi con il pianista accompagnatore del teatro di cui sono direttore artistico , appartieni a quel determinato movimento politico-religioso, sei carina/o, dunque ti faccio andare avanti...questa è la realtà).Purtroppo in questa situazione terrificante pochi Caruso sono destinati ad esserci. Mi creda, la mafia purtroppo c' è anche nella lirica!

    • @cherubello9340
      @cherubello9340 8 років тому +2

      Mario Rossi Non mi convince questa spiegazione. Io temo che la lirica sia ormai un monumento del passato, un settore di nicchia, lontano dall'interesse generale, contrariamente a quanto accadeva nell'Ottocento e nella prima parte del 900. Le voci sono poche, spesso provengono da realtà culturali lontanissime. Le rappresentazioni moderne e il linguaggio dell'opera fanno a pugni. Il confronto con i dischi e i video sono disarmanti. Ben pochi giovani intorno a noi per fare successo si dedicherebbero a quest'arte. Aggiungiamo che i costi di allestimento sono molto onerosi, difficilmente ripagabili con i biglietti degli spettatori. I teatri sembrano reparti di gerontologia....il futuro non lo vedo benissimo...per fortuna ci sono le registrazioni dei primi trenta anni del novecento (voci maschili) e il periodo 50-80 (voci femminili) che ci fanno sfiorare un altro mondo e sentire voci fantastiche.,

      @@EJR3MDM Core 'ngrato è una canzone classica napoletana, il cui testo fu scritto nel 1911 dall'emigrato calabrese Riccardo Cordiferro, pseudonimo di Alessandro Sisca, nato a San Pietro in Guarano (CS) (dove il padre, Francesco Sisca, era impiegato presso il Municipio), trasferitosi per terminare gli studi a Napoli, città d'origine della madre Emilia Cristarelli, e successivamente emigrato a New York. La musica della canzone è invece opera di Salvatore Cardillo.
      Inizialmente nessuno dei due aveva il sentore che la canzone sarebbe stato un grande successo, anzi Cardillo la considerava una «porcheriola». Sbarcata a Napoli, "Core 'ngrato" ebbe invece una grande presa sul pubblico e divenne la prima canzone napoletana di successo proveniente dagli Stati Uniti.

    Ce titre accompagne magnifiquement le film "La fille du puisatier" de et avec Daniel Auteuil. La voix du très grand Caruso nous transporte dans une sublime émotion !

    Non è solo la voce, ma è la passione, Caruso soffre davvero per Catari, mi sono commosso ed immedesimato nella vicenda, e penso che questo miracolo lo devo a Caruso alla canzone e, sopratutto, a Napoli solo li poteva crearsi tutto questo.

    BRAVO!!!!! ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! CARUSO WAS THE BEST AND I LOVE THE ADDED TOUCH OF THE ORCHESTRA MUSIC. IT DIDN''T DISTRACT FROM THE MASTER AT ALL. IF ANYTHING, IT IS A FITTING TRIBUTE TO THE MAESTRO!

      Yeah , Mrs.Joana Banyeres , you can have the greatest voice on this planet but if you can't bring that emotion and hit the crowd with it , it doesn't matter . Great tenors like Di Stefano , Pavarotti , Gigli , Corelli and Caruso were great because of that .

      It's a great voice but I prefer the more original recordings of him, not the more changed to more modern sound as here with a modern recorded orchestra here that they seem to have added in, the title "live" of course can be misleading, as no live Caruso concert or complete opera performances exist of course, he died in 1921, (before sound in movie films) I don't know of any live pirate concert or opera complete recordings made then of course, and even Caruso's movie "My Cousin" (I have it) is a silent film, then they used his acoustic recordings and dubbed them in for the film, that was how it was back then, but Caruso was and is a king of all tenors no doubt. I also like both the Gigli and ( the early of the two GDS made ) Di Stefano recordings very much, but for me the "Caruso" is the most wonderfully sung, however all three are great.

    • @shicoff1398
      @shicoff1398 3 роки тому +2

      A great studio recording here, but with a modern orchestra dubbed in, that isn't necessary, it's great on it's own , the voice does it, the orchestra doesn't sing!
