  • Ever wonder how organic rice is produced in Japan? Well wonder no further!
Check out this interview with an organic rice farmer in Okayama, Japan. Shibata san has been growing organic rice for years and even grows a special variety of rice called Sally Queen, which is a hybrid of Basmati and Japanese medium grain rice.

Where I'm from, rice is essential for food, there is no lunch without rice for most lunches, also in some breakfasts and dinners.

I am so impressed and grateful to you for putting together and sharing this video. Is it possible to order Sally Queen rice from Shibata-san? I live in USA, in Hawaiʻi.
