I think OnePlus gives fastest sevice for costumers ..got my device hard bricked which wasn't responding but i tool to service centre and they replaced my motherboard withing 24 hours without any cost becoz i was in warranty.. appreciated OnePlus🙃

This issue is happening in a lot of Android phones from different companies and not just One Plus. Mine is Vivo X60 and I had this issue the last week and I went to the service center. They replaced the display for free cost. They will check if this issue is due to physical damage or the bug. If it is due to bug then they will replace the display free of cost.
Vivo and one plus is same. Infact parent company of MI, oppo, vivo , oneplus is same.

People always want everything for free at their comfort zone. This UA-camr has done almost the job for you guys, fir bhi tum logo ko bas ghar pe baith kar bak bak karni hai, itna to samjho ki is youtuber par bhi pressure hoga, kyu ki is video par jo tech Engineer ne bayan diya hai usse company ka information code break ho rha h, mujhe samajh Nahi aata ki logo ki itni fat ti kyu hai, are bhai itne sare logon ka same problem hai community ka group bana lo aur sidhe sidhe case file kar do ki "company ne Jan bujh kar update me aisa bug dala aur release kiya jisse phones ke display kharab hue taki company isse paisa kama sake" baat khatam. Fir dokho OnePlus wale kaise logo ko bula bula kar phone thik kar ke dete hain.

It's 14k approximate charge for out of warranty handset... I already changed last year month of July... But now at present same issue has been happening... So from the next time when ever I would like to buy a new phone... I don't recommend myself to own a OnePlus device....

Update: I had on my OnePlus 8pro 2 days back , i had one pink line. I went to OnePlus service & they replaced it without any cost along with all the buttons. I had jammed volume button even it got replaced. The catch was there should not be any physical damage on the phone luckily my phone was clean even after all these years.

I would like to share about OnePlus brand!
So yes that true OnePlus is offering life time screen replacement and repair service but surprisingly tere are no screens or display available in the market so there's no use of the life time free service. On the other hand in the voucher as we can see on OnePlus 10r there is additional discount of 4500 is given. It's bcoz i thinks the sale of 10r is very poor bcoz 10r should be an upgrade of 9r but seems like 10r is a downgrade of 9r as well as 8t. Plus there is no alert slider in 10r which make it worst as OnePlus is known for the "OnePlus alert slider " thing! Camera optimization & quality is poor. And there are so much disadvantage of 10r that is the reason they have given extra 4500rs for discount on 10r.
Seriously OnePlus was a brand earlier now its just like oppo vivo realme.
So much disappointed!

OnePlus 8T: I recently had green line issue. I took it the service center two days ago and they just took my phone and checked for any scratches and dents and said don't worry it will be done free of cost. Today I took the delivery of my phone and it's working smooth now.
I just have one question. Can I update it to OS 13?

1..sabse pehle phone ka brightness auto se hta ke.full kar do ...QHD se fhd kr do ...dark mode se day mode aur colour inhance normal kar do ... kabhi bhi system update karna ho to sare aaps ko pehle udate kar lo uske bad system update kar ke reboot Karo ... Restart nahi ok reboot karna hai
2... Agar problem aa gyi hai to jitne bhi purane aaps hai unko pehle kisi bhi tarah update pe lga do (agar kuch nahi dikhata phone me to service centre Jana padega ) ya sabse accha rahega ki purane aaps delete hi kar do .. uske bad phone ko reboot kar do ... Agar system update nahi aaya hai to koi baat nahi .. aaya hai to acchi baat hai ya intezar kar sakte ho update ka

At Kandivali East service center I have been told that the screen replacement charges would be ₹ 16000/- without even checking the phone, my phone is out of warranty period but it is as good as a new one anybody can check it

They said i will forward the phone report to company, i waited 1 hour then they came and said u have crack on phone so rejected, u have to pay 16000, but when I said i will file a case through consumer forum then they click some pic of my phone and handover me.. that was the worst service centre i visits. Don't know how but they provide software update patches without prior testing. Now new update patch is available but I would suggest not to update now because after updating to new update patch fingerprint sensor is not working.

They told me to send the mobile to their centre, I have send the mobile but I'm few days the reply came that your mobile can't be replaced because your mobile is out of warranty..

Hey Bombay Donn thanks for sharing this, its really useful. I am getting pink line on screen after updating software of 8T. I had discussions with OnePlus customer service they asked me to visit nearby service centre and after diagnosis it will be replaced but unfortunately I don’t have any service centre nearby. Do you have any idea if there is a timeline to visit the store after this issue. Whenever I visit the city having service centre i will get it checked. Also it would be helpful if you can share the picture of green line display with us to check if it’s matching with out pink line. Thanks again.
