incorrect... you poke a hole a bit to let of some steam.... .. mix ginger, soy sauce and vinegar into saucer, take some of those and put on the xlb in its spoon.. Mix soy sauce and vinegar with ginger in a dipping bowl. The recommended ratio is 3 parts black vinegar to 1 part soy sauce. You can also add chili oil for extra spice. Use chopsticks to pick up the XLB and place it on a spoon. Poke a small hole in the side or top of the dumpling to release some of the broth. Slurp the broth. Eat the dumpling with the broth and ginger
No, I won't recommend the DELICIOUS BBQ place. I bought 2 kinds of BBQ plus their butterflied duck. The cost of the duck was $48 and the 2 other items, although not of the same price, they rounded the cost of $26 each, not same weight and not the same unit price. When I questioned that the receipt they gave me was just the total amount of $100, they said $26 for the roast pork and bbq pork. I knew they were cheating me and the reviews I read about this place were about their cheating and deceiving their customers, I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. It turned out that I can't really trust this BBQ joint. The butterflied duck wasn't tasty anymore like when I previously bought before. It spoiled my Chinese New Year Dinner. No, I DO NOT recommend this place at all.

She looked uncomfortable too always looking to see if others are reacting to her awkwardness. The filipina host from Max was your BEST. Keep her sis. I disagree Sakura ,she seems Normal and genuine which is a huge relief from so called professional (overly animated) hosts.Cheers .
