My favorite EDC item is my Delica 4 I purchased delica 4. your video sold me and I have a Manix 2 on the way. Keep up the Good work you do an awesome job on knife reviews. I like your reviews because you take your knifes out and use them the way they were designed to be used and that lets me know what I can expect out of the knife when I decide to purchase one...or two. Most other people that do there knife review is seams they are just showing of part of their collection and the knifes never get used. They don't have any scratches on the knifes and their fingers don't have any cuts on them either. :) You give a great review. Thank you for your efforts.
I normally use an overstuffed Maxpedition Triptych (small size) as a "man purse" (backpack-compatible, the benefit of a shoulder bag). It has no problem carrying medical supplies, multitools, limited survival gear, and writing utensils. I might pick the medium size if I was purchasing the bag again, and use the extra space for more medical supplies. Everything vital is carried on my person.
never used this pack for edc, but i loved it for on the job use. im a nurse, and this held my flushes, alcohol pads, hemostats, scissors, and a multi tool.
I wish my favorite EDC item was something more interesting instead of the standard. But mine is the Spyderco Paramilitary. It's just a very reliable knife and a pleasure to use. I'm a Spyderco fan for life.
My absolute favorite has to be the Victorinox Cadet. Out of all the knives, lights, and other tools I have, this one hasn't left my pocket since I picked it up more than a year ago. So much utility in such a small blade!
I have the mountainsmith tls day pack. It changes from a messenger mag style to a lumbar pack, I love it so far. I could carry some "day to day things" but nothing major, which is fine by me. I liked your video!
Bwuaahaaa! Last time I wore a fanny pack was in the 80's in L.A. I used to put my 380 PPK in it. This might work again for light hikes in the woods and I'm over 50 and earned my MAN CARD and no one can take that away from me.

If you mean favorite as in most used than it would have to be my flashlight, which is just a $5 flashlight from Walmart. If you mean favorite as in the on I like the most, it would have to be my Kershaw Volt II which in my opinion for a $20 dollar knife it is excellent.
Love this idea for EDC, but wouldn't you need some form of holster or velcro situation to keep the firearm in place? Just curious if someone here has ideas or if it's terribly important in the first place.
I would never ever in a million years carry my firearm in a bag that can be removed from my body. I think the soccer mom / hands free purse for the ladies is an excellent use, I do think that women could get away with it better than men. I think for a male, the best use would be doing outdoors stuff (the running, hiking, cycling, etc.)...rocking it around town...not so much unless you wear really baggy clothing that you can conceal it. I would see it best used as something to carry gear over your most essential. I have a maxpedition fanny pack that is my back up mini trauma kit and other EDC items like 550 cord, bank line, extra flashlight, second leatherman with bit kit, orange bandanna, two chem lights, pop cicle sticks, duct tape...etc. It rides in my car most of the time but will take it out when hiking etc. Doing a lot of travel, absolutely, men or women. Going through airport security sucks. Dump all your pocket stuff into one of these, just drop it in the bin and retrieve on the other side. It works great have done it before when i wasn't carrying on a backpack. Want to keep it around your waist during the flight = lot more comfortable in the seats. If the straps have enough length, they can be great sling bags. Did that in Thailand and I wasn't out of place as everyone was doing that over there. Had a buddy in Afghanland that had his set up and an enhanced trauma kit. A lot more in his than mine was. Melded right into his tactical system with no worries and it was always on him.
I like the purple headed yogurt yogurt slinger version, I'll spring for the tampon holster. My .380 single stack would be right at home in that fella and the front is prime real estate for my Bernie sanders buttons!
I was carrying a TNF Fanny Pack today. Had to drop by the doc's to pick up a few med forms and picked up a parcel from amazon. I don't carry the pack on my waist, but instead kinda like a sling pack. --------------------- My fav on-person edc item other than my glasses, phone, wallet, watch, and keychain bulk is my Thorfire PF01 light or my Pilot P-500 ultra fine pen. Never leave home without them.
I don't see many people wear a FP, but when I do I pretty much assume they have a gun. So for that reason I think it is stylish. My favorite EDC item is my flashlight. Incredibly handy in my life.
Fanny packs are dope AF! Only boys with fragile masculinity care what others think of how they carry. I use my Herschel seventeen to hold my EDC gear. Keep pockets empty, spine aligned by not sitting on your wallet. I don’t carry off body unless I’m in basketball shorts. I appreciate your work.

I purchased one for years ago mines black and I did not get into it this year I thought kicking around I picked it up and haven’t taken it off it goes with me everywhere I now have busy enough life to require carrying some extra things with me this help me keep receipts organized carry an extra burner phone as well as keep change organized and my key is for my five vehicles

Absolutely! Double fanny! With a 5 lumbar broken back (no ruck sack heavier than 20#), having fanny packs (as well as my distributed little carry system spread across the rest of the entire body (all those mini weights that add up) of shoulders, upper/lower arms, chest/waist shirt, upper/lower legs (back of legs), fanny packs can be a useful EDC or near-total BOB.

My favorite EDC item is my Spyderco Delica 4 because of how I use it, it is great as a knife of course but I have my keys on one of the stainless steel cable rings through the lanyard hole and then I clip that inside of my pocket keeping my keys from being in a wad in the bottom of my pocket while still being securely attached.

My favorite EDC item is the Leatherman CX. I've been disabled since 2008, so I forfeited my 'man' card a long time ago. A fanny pack is a good item when I'm rockin' my power chair. It gives me quite a bit of storage, and it doesn't show a lot.
I haven't used a belt pack as an EDC carrier, but I do at the gym, or hiking. Obviously a Glock 27 would stick out a bit in workout clothes, it does ride nicely in a small pack, with a notebook, pen, phone, keys, etc.. I don't really wear around my waist, just kinda hold it or sling it over my shoulder. When I'm out on a trail that's not remote then I use it as a mini sling pack. My favorite EDC item... well I use my phone the most, and my Thrunite TN12 gets a lot of use, Spyderco Mannix 2 XL gets a good workout often, , my Glock 27 is needed but not used much , but I think all around my Leatherman Sidekick multitool is what I go to the most at work, at home, and in the outdoors. If I had to choose just one EDC item the Sidekick would be the one... blades, saw, screwdrivers, pliers...all in one package.

You MUST use a holster or kydex trigger cover when carrying in fanny pack! I know of one detective who slung one over his shoulder and had an accidental discharge and shot himself. Please, please, please be responsible when reviewing stuff and use a trigger protection of some kind, especially with a strike fired pistol!
Like how you showed the headphone pass through, wish you would have shown actually passing it through so we could have gotten an idea of ease and size of plugs that might fit through it

Kind of a weird choice for me, but my favorite edc item is my titanium hangkey from Magnus Macdonald. Just makes carrying my keys so much more convenient.

Get a trigger guard with a cord attached. Run the cord threw the headphone hole and attach it to the belt. Got yourself a pretty effective holster.

Favorite EDC streamlight stylus pro. Btw I my old age of 50+ convenance of fanny pack wins over cool factor. when I'm in a non work environment. Even my wife who has shoulder issues uses a fanny pack more. I glad they updated the design.

Kind of a weird choice for me, but my favorite edc item is my titanium hangkey from Magnus Macdonald. Just makes carrying my keys so much more convenient.
