After the two hurricanes in Florida and Helene in the Carolinas and Tennessee; I wonder if some of the homeowners in those states are thinking about relocating to Meridian and the rest of the Treasure Valley area?

You’re absolutely right! In the past several days alone, we’ve gotten several phone calls from people in those areas who are now eyeballing Meridian (as well as several other Boise suburbs such as Eagle, Star and Kuna). Our hearts just break for the devastation they’ve experienced!

This is an accurate depiction of Meridian, there's certainly something for everyone in Meridian, without the socialist mayor of Boise. As mentioned many times in this video, the roads, and the grid is VERY handy. But, be warned, those roads are maintained by Ada County Highway District (ACHD), and ACHD is the worst, often creating unnecessary gridlock with road closures associated with road upgrades/growth. ACHD is among the worst in the nation...

Thanks for watching and commenting! And we agree, Meridian has so much to offer! Glad that you found the info about the way in which roads are laid out helpful. Once you have it all down, it certainly makes commuting so much easier!🙂

    It’s a car culture.

It definitely is. We certainly love our cars here and our public transportation system is pretty much nonexistent.
