I don't know as I sponsored myself not organization. And you will have to have solid reason to show why an organization is sponsoring you. It MUST sound convincing

Yeah! Just come with a few dollars for the physical cash just in case. For your brother, since you identified him as your sponsor, it's not a problem but have some money in your account too.

But if your parents are your sole sponsor, you can have their bank statement and I believe they can transfer some money to you to show them if asked. You do not need to apply for coop. If your program requires a coop, your school will give you a letter which you will show the IRCC officer and in return, they give you a coop letter.
Oh no! After your visa has been stamped, IRCC sends that letter to your IRCC portal. That is the last message you will get on your visa approval process.
It is dicey. If you can give a very reasonable reason why your employer would want to sponsor you for such a venture, you can try it. But in my opinion, don't do it. Rarely gets approved

You can get it at the airport or your location. But if you have time, do it at the airport for lesser charges
