I kind of feel like Sulfudhole should be at 3, Prasiortle.... haven't seen many uses for him so far so 0(?) and Citri at like maybe 2. I'm testing another variant of this tbh, I kind of like Infinitrack XYZ over CyDra Nova + Infi because it's less ed spaces and frankly Infi doesn't have the same impact imo.
@@Carbunklle 1 Prasiortle is needed for Quandax lines; you pop a dead monster for Tris and go into Quandax so you can OT go into Satellite. Sulfudhole is a weird case, I would play 3 if it didnt Machine lock on summon. As it stands you only want to bring it out with Sulfefnir, so it is better to 3 Fefnir, 2 dhole. Citree at 2 could be an option but it realistically just adds a brick. It would be better to add another Thystvern then. I think Stormer and Infinity both have value. I ultimately decided for Stormer because it detaches the Fefnir. Infinity's suction effect would still be great to have sometimes, and it stays on board for multiple negates unlike Infinity. There's cases to be made for both.
@@AkaTrios Oh whenever I use Sulfud I tend to set up a tuner or 2 and do my shit during opponent's turn. Infi, River, Elek, DawnDragster I can all make on my t1 with no issue. If you run Cherubni it has to be one of the early plays which isn't BAD, it's just one of the steps in the combo. I agree Infi still has value, I just value the ED slot a tiny bit more I guess. Like if you wanted to be ' colorful ' with your ED slots you can run Gadget -> ss a monster from hand as an extender -> pop gadget with crystron effect -> gadget ss gadget trio -> add shining sarcophagus lmao or whatever from deck. I guess what I'm saying is I like to think really hard about how many ED slots I can/will spend vs the value they generate? One of the things I tested 2 Citree for was an Elek line -> sulfud buries a Citree + Trist -> make Elek somehow -> Trist pop -> float into a 5 + 2 Elek floats back into whatever piece you need. I still think a couple of the pieces need more testing tbh, so yeah, my opinions are biased as hell xD
@@Carbunklle I think its worth to maintain flexibility for as long as possible in order to play through interaction is all. We are playing a rather fragile line with pretty obvious chokes, so we gotta be conscious of that. Thats also why optimal play lines have yet to be found. As for Crystron Ratios, that'd be a nice topic for another video. Maybe I'll do it tomorrow.
@@Carbunklle did u try the swap frog +ice barrier package in order to make a toad at the very beginning to play around nib? if yes do u think is a good approach or does this lower the ceiling of your plays a lot?
