Wooow!!! I love those succulent flowers. Never seen anything like it…ever! You truely have a green thumb. Enjoy watching your garden grow and harvest time.
Thanks for making these videos! I've been watching alot of mainland videos as I just started vegetable container growing and I'm so happy to find someone here doing it successfully!!! Thanks for all the tips where you bought your stuff too.
I'm growing a cool dwarf tomato project tomato here in Manoa - Jeremy's Stripes. Its an orange tomato with green stripes. They grow about golf ball size (a little larger), but it seems to be growing a lot of them. I'm growing them Kratky style and haven't had any disease issues so far! You should check them out. I'm going to save some seeds from my latest harvest of them. Thanks for the inspiration for trying out Kratky style. I had to pull my in ground Arkansas Traveler and early girl tomatoes due to curly top virus, my cream sausage tomatoes died from powdery mildew, and anytime I get a cucumber growing, the ants show up with aphids and start farming. However, I tried Upo squash and that thing literally took over any trellis space I had and then some. That thing is a monster and produces a ton if I feed it. Gotta love growing in Hawaii 😂😂😭😭
Yes so many problems sometimes here. It rains a lot where I'm at so I get blight and mold problems. I have a bunch of dwarf tomato project seeds. But didn't try the Jeremy's Stripes yet. Happy Gardening!
Wow Misty what an impressive variety and harvest of produce! Which ones were grown hydroponicly? Just wondering the success you had with that. Do you know the name of the beautiful succulent plant that blessed you with the unique flowers? I’ve never seen that before!
Hi Lori! please refer to my growing carrots video. I talk about how to prep your soil for great carrots! I find Danvers carrots always did well here in Hawaii. The tendersweets I did in the video weren't as big and didn't do well here in our climate.
Baker Creek Seeds, Hudson Valley, Seeds N Such, Kitazawa (I believe they changed their name recently), and sometimes if I see a seed I am interested in, I'll get it from Home Depot or Lowes.
Great update

You're very welcome! Happy gardening!
That's great, especially for May. I'm jealous that you have ripe tomatoes in May, but glad for you!

My friend found the name but I forgot what they were called. They come in different colors.
Wow!!! That’s impressive! What kind of soil did you use for the carrots. I had very little growth in the ground.
