North Korean forces have been assembling for an attack. This morning, they commenced offensive operations. Primary objective at this time appears to be Seoul.
US/ROK Forces are delivering spoiling attacks. Allied air has offensive priority at this time. Results will determine course of future operations. Situation is fluid

- Continue OCA phase PyongYang area
- Strike Hwangju (Mig-29A)
- Support Strike by DEAD on myriad of SA-2s and SEAD on two SA-5 systems
- Establish local air superiority
- Enemy air attritted
