Hello. The input voltage should never be higher than 12V. Is the power supply not fluctuating? Are you sure the output is always below 12V?
The amount of amperage does not matter and the MP3 player module consumes as much amperage as needed.
@@newtecpro Thank you for your time to reply and indeed i saw it fluctuating like 12,2-12,1-12,0 but I can adjust it between 1 and 12v so from what you told to some1 optimal is 7-9v. I will try 9 too and Thank you much for your time.

you're welcome. Yes, 9V is great. But note that some of these modules only work with voltage 5. They do not have voltage converter regulators. After this, make sure that the input is 5 to 12 volts.
