The Loud House Critic Review: Ties That Bind #80
Вставка
- Опубліковано 15 сер 2024
- The eighteenth episode of the first season of The Loud House, and a leading point to an episode I hate to mention and what I review in the first season of Loud House Critic.
Not gonna lie, Lynn Loud Senior's white hare tie was terrifying.
Good grief.
Rita: "Your the 10 best things that ever happened to us"
*And then came No Such Luck* 🤬
Nice noticing.
What would be your pros and cons about this episode?
Talk about discontinuity.... 😒
@@VampireFan-rf5kb I agree.
they have 11 children, and they said 10 soooooo
Ikr?
Rita: We would never kick you kids out!
Also Rita: *-kicks out her own son out of his house in no such luck-*
And in The Taunting Hour too.
Comic Book Guy : Worst Parents Ever! (spanks Lynn Sr. And Rita's rear end)
@@DodotheNickelodeonFanboyshe doesn’t
@@Superawsomesuperkai it was six months ago, and I was paranoid of the life ruiner scene. So much, I actually refused to watch the episode up until the summer. I watched it begrudgingly; and it was as awful as ever. No she didn’t kick Linc out of the house, but still!
What a hypocrite. 😠
I wish them being well behaved kids would happen often on the show
Wishful thinking but come on it’s the loud house, nothing will be expected on proper child behavior.
The Loud House version of the Season 6 episode from the 1998 Powerpuff Girls series, "Little Miss Interprets," which Chris Savino had worked on the 1998 version of The Powerpuff Girls and even took over Seasons 5 to 6 of the show when the original creator (Craig McCracken) had left to work on his new show "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends."
Score: 5/10 👔👨👩👦
That is true, you're learning the history of Chris Savino. And that will be here next year, the video will be called, The History of Chris Savino in The Loud House. And I got permission to do a video history
Say what are your pros and cons about this episode?
@@LoudHouseCritic2018 Oh yeah.
Pros:
1. Lincoln and Luan comforting Luna when the siblings heard that the parents were getting rid of the "music one."
2. Some amusing moments like Luan becoming a mime throughout the rest of the episode, Lily putting Bun-Bun in her mouth, Lynn Sr. showing Rita his music tie, and the siblings trying to behave themselves to impress their parents.
3. Lincoln's sisters wanting to convince their parents not to kick out Lincoln when Lincoln tells them that they're getting rid of the "white hate" one.
Cons:
1. Lincoln was really cruel when he heard that the parents were keeping "one" and wanted the parents to keep him and get rid of the sisters, until he heard that parents were getting rid of the "white hare one."
2. The episode was really predictable as it was very similar to many TV episodes like the 1998 Powerpuff Girls episode "Little Miss Interprets."
3. The ending was good, but then became another "here we go again" moment, repeating the whole episode again, but with a "bun in the oven."
4. The siblings becoming very competitive like Lynn Jr. when they heard that the parents were "keeping one and getting rid of the rest."
Yeah I mean when it comes to Lincoln team up with his sisterswe got ourselves a well written special original episode of the loud house
Karla Sakas Shropshire is also the writer who did other Loud House episodes including Tails of Woe, Pulp Friction, Anti-Social, Friend or Faux?, Homespun, Driving Miss Hazy, Cereal Offender, Save the Date, Fandom Pains, Patching Things Up, Baby Steps, Funny Business, and Making the Case.
I also forget these others: Read Aloud, Washed Up, Spell it Out, Linc or Swim, Along Came a Sister, Two Boys and a Baby, Community Disservice, Change of Heart, Roughing it, Raw Deal, Shell Shock, Really Loud Music (co-writer), Middle Men, The Write Stuff, and Crimes of Fashion.
And now, she's known for writing the episode "Tough Cookies".
@@thatwordjr2309 I just saw that episode. I didn't really enjoy it. Now it's no wonder why season 4 is so boring.
@@raven3067 I think Season 4 was OK, but then there was Kings of the Con and the Casagrandes story arc that had took over the show for about 10 episodes, which would have been better if it was on The Casagrandes and not on The Loud House.
@@VampireFan-rf5kb The Casagrandes are ok with me. It's just season 4 that really bothers me.
It's too bad the sisters didn't stand up to him and no such luck
You mean "For" him
I think that animal is a Wolf. Because wolves are bigger than Coyotes.
19:50-19:56 Patrick: "Liar liar, plants for hire!"
Spongebob: "It's pants on fire, Patrick."
This episode was decent. Even though it did reminded me of that Powerpuff Girls (1998 series) episode where Bubbles thought that Professor Utonium was going to get rid of the girls, which funny enough, Chris Savino was involved with the 1998 series, there were some good and funny moments: Lily putting Bun-Bun in her mouth, the sisters convincing the parents not to kick Lincoln out of the house, when they thought that the parents were getting rid of something that was the "white hair", Lynn Sr. showing Rita a tie that played music, and the sisters trying to behave for their parents, including Luan becoming a mime.
However, it was kind of cruel to see that when Lincoln thought that the parents were keeping one child, Lincoln wanted to make sure that he is kept, while the sisters are kicked out of the house, it was kind of cliched that the episode was like some of the other episodes you see on other TV shows, where a character mishears another character for a little misunderstanding, and the ending was just average, as it's another "here we go again" moment.
Score: 5.5/10 👔
P.S. It is very strange that this episode was released before No Such Luck and they both have the same writer.
P.P.S. I wonder why Lynn Sr. loves collecting ties.
Oh yeah, the moment where Luan and Lincoln comfort Luna after hearing the parents want to get rid of "the music one" was heartwarming.
However, it did ended up getting cruel where the siblings became very competitive like Lynn Jr. when the parents wanted to keep "one."
@@incrediblekeenan1751 Oh.
@@incrediblekeenan1751 To me, I found more parts in this episode that were more amusing than funny, especially Lynn Sr.'s music tie and Luan becoming a mime.
But then again, I do understand your opinion.
@@incrediblekeenan1751 I like It's a Loud Loud Loud Loud House and Making the Case as well BTW.
The ppg episode your thinking of is the professor was pulling a surprise party
DID Y'ALL see that bump under his shirt in the bathroom 😮 😳
Like with your opinion, I have seen this sort of plot before in the PPG episode "Little Miss Interprets" several years back, but... "Ties that Bind" really felt like an emotional roller coaster ride for me. And yes, some of it has been pretty predictable, but I didn't mind the episode. Well, of course, except for the part about Lincoln's secret thoughts of being an only child, no longer giving a damn for his 10 sisters, if the parents really were talking about getting rid of them. One of the most dick-like moves I have ever seen coming from Lincoln yet!! Even though it was in his thoughts! >:( And to the "Chad" person you were referring to in this review, with this episode, and "Lock N' Loud" having some sort of foreshadowing connection to the events of.... (ugh...) *"Onay Uchsay Ucklay",* has made a good point. But still, got some laughs, hurtful, and heartfelt moments, making pretty an emotional experience overall. And yes, Lynn Sr should seriously get rid of both the creepy rabbit tie, and the pink tie.
Next Loud House Critic Episode Prediction: I'm going with "Cover Girls", final answer.
Thanks for saying a have a good point, yeah I really despise no such luck. This episode is ok, however I will say lincoln was a little out of character and I wish the sisters would just shut up and stop bitch about lincolns ideas, there only mad because he though of ideas before they did
Very nice review, and thank you so much for the shout out about my comment, I'll see if I can find other episodes with major plot holes from previous episodes
Also, if I may recommend to you, check out what is a person worth fanfiction, it's a follow up to no such luck and its fantastic. Also if you do read it, could you please do a review? Just a suggestion, and again I say thank you for the shout out
It will be more of an Editorial review

It means Rita’s pregnant again! It's something to eavesdrop on!
If they were my kids who would I want to get rid of Lynn or Lola I'm not sure which one would you get rid of Lynn or Lola
That's funny of you
I would get rid of Lori, Lola, and all of the brown haired sisters except Luna.

This episode was... *meh.* that's all I can say to describe it. I kinda thought it was over exaggerating for the kids to just think that the parents was gonna get rid of them. Well except for Lori. She's 17 so that makes her old enough to pack her stuff and get out. I also don't approve of Lincoln fantasizing about him being rid of all his sisters and being a wealthy child. That is what really got me to not enjoy this episode and overall enjoy Lincoln's portrayal throughout season 1. I have to admit that even though all this time all I did was defend Lincoln, I'm starting to get mixed feelings about his character. Season 1 Lincoln was a self centered unlikable prick. As a matter of fact Lincoln was unlikable in season 1 just as much as Lori was.🤦♂️
As for the rest of the series I enjoy Lincoln's character a bit but only when he does something important and not selfish. But even though I'm feeling this way about Lincoln doesn't mean I'm siding with the sisters at all. They were fucked up in the heads even before I started to consider Lincoln as a selfish character.
But overall I like this review just as much as I like your other ones. Looking forward to next weeks review as well.
Some people believe certain actions Lincoln did was him being selfish when they actually werent, like wanting to avoid his sisters singling him out for pranks and roughhousing on road trips and buying Special headphones to enjoy reading his comics in silence.
If you had abrasive siblings you'd want them to leave you alone sometimes.
@@bridgetgrant5680 but I would never fantasize being rid of them.
I sometimes wish lynn loud jr liked girls
Wtf
@@raven3067 what??

Lincoln: I’m a unlikeable selfish brat who cares about anyone but himself
Greg Heffley: Same, There are some people who is sick and tired of Lincoln and also quitting the Lincoln Fanboys & also me
Lincoln Loud & Greg Heffley: We’re so hated that we made TTG Robin, Lynn Loud Jr. & Stop Sign from Object Lockdown look like nice angels in comparison
Alot of people were complaining that Karla wrote no such luck when in this episode she wrote the parents seyed theyed never get rid of any of their kids and I noticed that she also wrote read a loud where Lola can't read but she can read here.karla is messed up
I don't know what it is, but I died laughing at 11:41.
Sounds similar to the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. 21:06
Why do I feel like a no such luckThe parents we're having this talk but instead of ties are actually talking about the kids and they actually chose Lincoln I wonder
The dangers of eavesdropping
18:55 You selfish, uncaring little harlot!!!
4:46 The music in that tie kinda sounds like Dancing Queen by Abba.
Wish the sisters would have been this way in No Such Luck ☹️
Same.
Tell me about it I really hate it when the sisters argue to Lincoln like the outlet they Hatin like in no such luck yeah it's so annoying it's rising me mental every time when they're fighting with Lincoln can make them mad at him and even know it's very dumb that they're angry at him it's like take it easy girls go easy on him cutting some slack it's not his fault but what is the time of themonths for you seriously stop being so mad at your brother for dumb reasons set a used Lincoln for a punching bag in every episode
It's very irritating and sexists most of the time. It's like these writers created Lincoln just to hate him.
But in this generation no one cares about sexism towards males.
Cliff was sleeping in the bathroom it was wired when cliff walked out of the bathroom when he had a Piece of toilet paper on his foot

👍
20:26 I think the reason why that happend is because, they disdain someone when that one be a bad influence or the main started of the problem.
The Loud Sisters have that catty nature to their relationship. I love it because it's hilarious and yet it shows how realistic siblings can be.
No it's not.
I funny because schooled made them move on with their lives

Everyone had listen in on what they parent were saying about them one time or Another and sometime kids can think they are getting kicked out of the house but come on if they would have listen a bit longer then they would have gotten the picture that the parent were talking about Ties not Childern but still I can’t blame them for jumping to the concurrent that they being kicked out for being themselves messed up
