She really do dance at the same level like Kozue , thats why its hard to keep your eyes away from her. All the other times Kozue is the star in the collabs. Kozue , like always is a amazing dancer and stunning person. And finally she found a girl to collab with that are just as amazing and stunning like her.
I don't think she's necessarily a tomboy... She dresses really girly in some of her other videos. I think she just dressed this way this time. Why over-analyze?
