Grey still plays:I play the hardest maps in gta carparkour meanwhile in another game this dude makes a map that syncs up with music like how ungodly long did this take
The mapping is pretty amazing, too. I don't know how much doodlechaos has played trackmania, but the way they use reactor boosts, magnet tracks, etc. is super impressive, no matter what their experience level is.
The fact that it doesn’t even look like your even controlling the car, but just letting it free fall through the track is perhaps the most insane thing about this, every bump, turn and jump is carefully timed and placed to be EXACTLY right so that the car doesn’t fall off the track, WITH the music then synced up to that. I don’t even want to know how many hours you put into this making it perfect, go take a breather man, you earned it.
The only thing he does is pressing the gas. Thanks to Trackmania's deterministic physics, the same sequence of inputs will always result in the same behavior from the car. So by only pressing the gas pedal, the car always reacts the same way to collisions. Same speed, same direction, on every single attempt. Thanks to this, Doodle was able to create a track and focus on the synchro instead of focusing on getting lucky with the bumps. Hopefully it helps to better understand this masterpiece
The car was slapped around like a pinball the fact that it stayed on the track is truly incredible this thing is really cool it must have taken you a lot of time and effort to sync it like that
I’m just imagining approaching this irl and the person just being like “yeah trust me this is totally safe just whatever you do do NOT touch that steering wheel and NEVER take your foot off the gas.”
Between the first one and this one, I can absolutely see the improvements as your sense of rhythm and ability to think outside the box have evolved over the years. This is a delight, as usual. Thanks for making satisfying visuals for some bumping tunes, dude!
This is fantastic as always. I like how you didn't just fit the rhythm, but the mood of each part. Lik when the song is winding down at the end, the car does these long jumps with no nearby obstacles, as opposed to the middle where it's flipping all over the place.
That part towards the beginning where the music is rising and Doodle mirrors this by making the car go UP and into the loop. Love that aspect of Doodles work, it’s never just straightforward, it’s so layered
I’m so happy every time you upload videos. I could seriously watch them all day they are so amazing. Honestly the videos are so satisfying to see the car or whatever is in the videos to pinball and hit objects perfectly to the music.
I'll be honest - and please don't get me wrong - years ago, I thought you were a kid with hell of an obsession who'll get frustrated eventually, rather soon. Now I'm convinced that you have established an art with your own unique style.
This is why I love UA-cam (and the internet in general). Someone’s experiences and development from the time of their birth has led them to feel the need to create an incredibly satisfying video of a car being tossed around a ridiculously impractical racetrack in a manner that synchronizes with the music being played over it. Instead of making this artwork just to satisfy themself, they can now share it with thousands of people who are not necessarily in the position to make similar art, but certainly in the position to appreciate it. And what a wonderful niche of the internet to occupy.
That's scary, I was rewatching the old trachmania videos earlier today and thought to myself, "we need more of these, trackmania has this satisfying feeling when the car lands perfectly or spins and lands on point in accordance to the music." And here we are.
Everytime when the song hits synchronizes to the beat it satisfies our sight and hearings. And every land of the platforms are perfect! This is why DoodleChaos's Talent is a Masterpiece. My opinion is that DoodleChaos's Work is the Best on what kind of creation he makes on any kinds of games.
I met you from Beat Craft 4. The synchronicity of action and rhythm in that video shocked me, so I subscribed to you. After that, "I Synchronized my Minecraft World to music" was an eye-opener and made me realize that Minecraft can also be used as a music visualization tool. I saw this video today, and it's still as high-quality as ever, and the picture and rhythm are in perfect sync. I admire your talent very much. I hope you can make better videos in the future. At the same time, I also wish you could reach one million subscriptions so that more people can see your works. By the way, I am from Hong Kong. English is not my first language, so there may be some grammatical mistakes.
I was just watching this to see how well done it was, I was halfway through it when my mind was just like "This is fuckin DoodleChaos isn't it, the amazing line rider creator" and lo and behold, I was right lol 💙
I was about to comment that this reminded me of some sick Line Rider tracks before checking your vids and seeing that you had made those as well! Keep up the awesome work!
Really amazing! Curious though about the process, are you driving the full thing or is the drying TAS so you can work out the song timing consistently?
It's probably not a tas. The track is built in such a way that pressing forward takes you all the way to the end. The only time he actually drives is after the song has ended.
These are so much more satisfying than the minecraft ones. Im vlad you decided to spice things up a little with your channel. I honestly can’t belive how much this channel has grown ever since the begging (i have been subbed to you as soon as i watched your first vid). This is by far my favorite music sync channels ever. Honestly insane how much effort is put in to sync the race track and car perfectly to the beat 🤯🤯
Its not too hard to get stuff to sync imo but the track itself is impressive

And to make the track
When a car race turns into art.
lol it says it took him over 100 hours
The only thing that helped him achieve this is that track manias physics are completely deterministic, so it's the same every run
2:18 Cute. Wirtual at this point is a Trackmania ambassador.
