    Looks like an interesting read.
    I just started exercising myself. Congrats on losing some weight.
    If we think how long it took us to gain the weight, I think that helps us to not get discouraged. ❤

      Ty so much, the book was good, I've finished it already. Alot of adult content in it. My weight usually fluctuates by a few pounds, but it's nice to have lost some. Ty for ur comment!

    I’m glad you liked the book! I will probably read it after I finish the one I’m currently reading! You’re doing great!! I can barely lift 5 pounds so it’s already such a good start lololol

      Ty so much for ur comment, the book was good but very adult scenes. I'm working my way to gaining strength so I can lift weights someday!
