I wouldn’t be too sure about that. There are former inspectors who claim differently.

What are your criteria? So secretive that many things could go wrong. You don't have to do it this way, there are many fresh and transparent approaches one could could take. They are creating
    problems by so secretive.

"Michelin brothers Ándre and Édouard started the Michelin Guide in 1900. The French entrepreneurs had started a tire company 11 years earlier, and they decided that a ratings guide for hotels and restaurants would compel the limited number of drivers to use up their tires and buy more." Who would have suspected! French, got some Jew in them!

Extra late, but it’s probably to prevent voice matching. You can fix a pitch tuning to its origin. However, it’s more difficult to splice her interview together to be coherent.

I think it's a boat load of crap.
One person's preferences and tastes are too different. Even down to different ethnicities/background/childhood/homecook dinner/parent's influence/etc.

hence, why there are a tons of inspector to make it fair. She clearly said they conduct as many visit as they need. Furthermore, if your food cant satisfies that one person, its not worthy of it anyway.
