CPX exercises help however your lacking real world stressors that teach the command staff where the holes are in their operational planning. Old school exercises like REFORGER involved the real world movement of entire Corp's. You discovered real quick if the logistics were screwed up. They need to move that entire division and deploy it over a multistate area to really train not only the staff but all the units as well. You soldiers have a tough fight on your hands in the near future, not waste one minute of training time or it will cost you dearly.
