I gotta say…I thought I understood the settings but man after making the on demand texture change and lowered the FOV from 120 to 110….the game is surprisingly smoother. Thank you!!
Sometimes gamers lag the game on purpose so that you can lose. It's not something new, it happens a lot in many multiplayer titles. They will hit the lag switch or UDP flood your Internet so that you disconnect or lag in the game. It's very annoying because your Internet becomes unstable and crashes. With enough UDP floods, they can crash your Xbox or PlayStation. It happened to me a few times. Until I put a UDP limit on my router. A good advice disable UPnP on your router, it's vulnerable to those type of attacks.
You didn't say anything about parallax effects. Personally I don't know what are their function buy I think maybe they are the problem with fps issues.
I have a PS5 but since i have a new desk i use my Xbox One X too now. I expected it to be faster but it really lags a lot, it doesn't exceed 40/45 fps. But with this video bro you helped me very much, the game feels a little bit smoother and playable. Maybe cleaning it sometimes is a good idea too. Btw a way to rebuild database on Xbox is by pressing the xbox button for some seconds and start up the console again. This isn't my main console but i wanted that the game felt smoother, and this video helped. Thx.
That might be because your Brightness is set TOO high. Try lowering it down, and increasing some Contrast on your monitor. That will help get rid of that Washed look

parallax is just making 2d texture looks 3d so definitely turn that off
