If this case didn't warrant the max sentence I don't know what does. In my opinion there should be a 3 strikes rule when it comes to cases like these. You get caught the first time you get points, a fine and whatever. Second time you get a 6 to 12 months jail term. A third time you should have a 4+ year jail sentence without the possibility for parole and banned for driving for life. If a fatality is involved then a term between 17-25 years.
She's still looking at eleven years for unlawful possession of a weapon and terroristic threats in New Jersey for that time she threatened her former sugar daddy/boyfriend with scissors, I think. Plus several open DUIs. I don't know if she still has charges against her in Pennsylvania that weren't covered by her year in jail there. It's so hard to keep up with all of Tammy's legal problems, it just becomes a blur after a while.
Nail in the Coffin; Tammy Lynn Sytch/Fytch is being buried alive, just like a classic/vintage (Under)Taker match. She's had so many chances to do a detox and join a rehab clinic but kept on getting in too many DUI/DWI cases: a repeat offender. a Lost Cause. Tammy is beyond help/repair, that needs to be put on a strict leash. I feel bad for the victim's family. The 75-year old man, Julian Lafrancis "Fran" Lasseter, seemed like a nice guy, that tried to help a community (helping homeless people), via a church. No more Sunny Days for the Lasseter family. I can imagine Fytch saying something like "I plead insanity," and then she might end up be transferred to a psychiatric ward (a "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (a 1975 film)" asylum), while bound in a strait jacket and being placed in a white room, at any state hospital (like New York City's Bellevue, the U.S.'s oldest public hospital; est. 1736 / the 18th century; credit: wikipedia). "Cuckoo's Nest" had starred: Jack Nicholson, Christopher Lloyd (from the "Taxi" sitcom), Louise Fletcher (the villian, Nurse Ratchet), Will Sampson (as the Native American "Chief")
To quote Dexter Morgan “You’ve done this too many times to be sorry.” Ironically enough he was talking to another multi time drunk driver.

no, getting behind the wheel while drinking is never an accident. dropping a plate is an accident. Its not a choice. You didnt choose to drop the plate. Driving while drunk is a choice. I get what you mean but its never an accident. Poor choices are a personality issue.
Crazy waking up to go to the store having a good day and get killed by sunny
I get addiction. I'm going through it. I feel for her on that. I don't get why she chose to drive instead of getting a fucking ride. And her statement was pretty trashy.
Sunny hasn't aged well at all either, is that even the same person? But in all seriousness, she had it coming
It’s so bizarre how she turned out. From being at the top of the business to being forgotten and never mentioned ever again. If anyone notices, once those reports came out about her unaliving this poor grandfather, her picture in hall of fame promos are blurred. Also, she is removed from the alumnus page, shes only in the Hall of fame page
Prison FC just signed a new player
And she deserves every single second that she sits in that prison cell
It's just unfortunate the system failed to put her away long before now.
She was locked up for years before the deadly crash in Volusia County. What do you want? Life without parole for drunk drivers who land in a ditch and only hurt themselves?
She was "put away" for most of the last half decade. In two states, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Are judges supposed to determine sentences with a crystal ball - or based on what people _might do_ in the future? Nice Philip K. Dick nightmare you seem to want to live in!
Now charge her boyfriend for buying that car and putting it in his name, but for her use.
She went from drop dead gorgeous, to God Damn what ugly tree did you run into; she hit every branch on the way down. I guess what they say it true; beauty is only skin deep, but ugly is to the bone !!!
It's not the 1st time she killed. Just before sentencing she murdered a roast beef sub with extra mayonnaise
At the risk of sounding cold and heartless, Tammyis the poster child for the Internet meme where someone says “well well, well if it isn’t the consequences of my own action”
3:37 If she's really remorseful and sorry for what she did, she would've never gotten a car in the first place.
Knowing that she's legally not supposed to drive and she had a blood alcohol beyond the limit
everyone leaving the bar across america is drunk driving
I’ve been waiting for Solomonster’s video on this!
She has morphed into Griselda Blanco in this thumbnail.😂
If we were under the Mosaic law she'd be executed for killing someone.
9:48-on is hitting the nail right on the head.
Just think this Women was on every Teenager's Boy in every Bedroom in the 90s
So she wanted to go to medical school but instead went into wrestling, so since her career came to an end long ago why didn't she go to medical school then since it was her dream
Jesussavesandjesusforgivestammy.
good video
Helping the community? To late 🍯 honey. You had many chances in the past.
you will learn behind bars. Simpathy? Common Sunny, just behave in prison so you can get out early.
Wow killing somebody with a car when your not supposed to be driving and don't get life but if her race was different she would have gotten 25 to life 😴
Good riddance
So sad.
No More Sunny Days.
From what i hear she still has charges pending in two other states.
I know we change when we get older ,but what has she done to herself lol
Bloody hell she’s really gone down hill now, 17 years in prison will NOT help.
Good chance u be reporting on her again . I’d say she will off her self
Yeah, I don't doubt that
I've waited for this!
