Beyoncé has a big team and machine of ppl that do things for her behind the scenes. I believe her goal is NOT passion for hair etc, it’s more of her goal to become a billionaire. The reason Rihanna has been successful is because she was and is genuinely passionate about her beauty line, lives by them, does her own makeup and connected globally to the public from the start. Beyoncé will not be getting a penny of mine. She’s not about products. She’s about the money and hides behind it. I’d rather support other black owned quality beauty brands that have put in the work creating their products.

I think we have been experiencing a form of Product fatigue. From your tiny influencers to major celebrities there have been so many product launches - make up brands, the skin care craze, clothing lines, Hair care. The market is saturated, congested and now with Tik Tok the product promos can get exhausting. There is no mystery any more so I think brands and especially celebrities need to be creative as we have seen it all.
Your proposal were spot on and very creative. I love the idea of lemonaid product braiding hair blow out lemonaod stands. It also pays a nod to how we used to try and let the sun kissed looks of lemonaid and water in a spray bottle to lighten the hair in the summertime. You got my creative hat flowing now..... maybe on the menu the lemonaid stand there could be "refreshers" aka trims infused water or deep conditioners 😊❤
Beyonce isn't known for anything in particular. We do not know HER. We know her on stage persona. Does she love skin? Makeup? Fashion? Fitness? We do not know. It’s incredible with JayZ as a husband she’s never been successful outside of music performing. I also thought he was low key shading her when he brought attention to her failure despite her world record Grammies. Like why draw attention to that for people to be pitying her. Like if she ever makes another album and actually won AOTY, people will say it’s to just shut people up saying she’s never won it. When it comes to her other business ventures, such as her multiple clothing lines, she is not going to give her all because that is not her craft or passion. If it was, her clothing lines would still be successful today. She's just taking advantage of business opportunities outside of music because of her popularity, and she wants that billionare status. She knows that her millions of fans will buy her products for a period of time because she's Beyonce. I'm getting the same vibes with her haircare line.

Selling products for blonde hair is such a tiny niche that she wouldn't make a lot of sales from that and it wouldn't speak to a lot of people either and her blonde hair is mostly wigs so IMO it wouldn't make sense. You made some other great points though especially with her brand positioning and the name itself. Now that her product list has been put out I can see that her positioning is still not clear when it comes to packaging, it doesn't stand out. However the products seem to make sense even though it's going to be hard for her to compete with similar products such as Olaplex, Briogeo etc

Great analysis. Lemonade would have been the best name, and she could have had different shades of blonde like she has had throughout her carrier. I think her problem even thinking blonde is the constant criticism she receives for not wearing "black hair" and selling for blonde hair...there is a criticism of black women wearing blonde hair as immitating white women...I think that Beyonce is perhaps trying to use Cecred as a way to get more money from the Black community and have their support first, and perhaps later she will have blonde products, but focusing on them at first, would be taken over by white women who would think that Beyoncés hairline is about them.
These are great ideas. I think she should have focused on TEXTURED hair. It’s too hard to make hair products for every hair type. I love the Lemonade branding. The branding would have been so cute.

I have a feeling this line will be to science based with chemicals that protect damaged, or dyed hair, or bring it back from bleach ect…. You can get Bleach Blonde hair overnight if you go to a professional who knows what they are doing! Now depending on your texture(size of hair strands), it may take awhile for the bleach to process. Beyonce has a course hair texture so it may take a couple sessions to get to Platinum! It really depeneds on the stylists and what products they use! I've gone platinum blonde and my stylist at time decided to do it in two sessions. I had an afro at the time, she said she could done it one session but she didn't want my hair spongey! I probably would not do Platinum blonde on my hair again! It's high maintance.

From your tiny influencers to major celebrities there have been so many product launches - make up brands, the skin care craze, clothing lines, Hair care. The market is saturated, congested and now with Tik Tok the product promos can get exhausting. Selling products for blonde hair is such a tiny niche that she wouldn't make a lot of sales from that and it wouldn't speak to a lot of people either and her blonde hair is mostly wigs so IMO it wouldn't make sense. You made some other great points though especially with her brand positioning and the name itself.
Now that her product list has been put out I can see that her positioning is still not clear when it comes to packaging, it doesn't stand out. However the products seem to make sense even though it's going to be hard for her to compete with similar products such as Olaplex, Briogeo etc

Great analysis. Lemonade would have been the best name, and she could have had different shades of blonde like she has had throughout her carrier. I think her problem even thinking blonde is the constant criticism she receives for not wearing "black hair" and selling for blonde hair...there is a criticism of black women wearing blonde hair as immitating white women...I think that Beyonce is perhaps trying to use Cecred as a way to get more money from the Black community and have their support first, and perhaps later she will have blonde products, but focusing on them at first, would be taken over by white women who would think that Beyoncés hairline is about them.
These are great ideas. I think she should have focused on TEXTURED hair. It’s too hard to make hair products for every hair type. I love the Lemonade branding. The branding would have been so cute.

If everything that Beyonce has done prior (business adventures), is this one going to be longevity? Beyonce is not a multi tasker. She gives content without providing context. Like why a hair care line and not a wig line? Moreover, look at Parkwood and what she did to the Bailey sisters. Why create a management company and not promote your own artists? Then stealing from black writers and not promoting black artists while dabbling into African spirituality. The trademark & spelling is interesting...it fits her. In fairness, her mom has a beauty shop history she can appropriate. What doesn't work is her track record of attempting high-brow retail that no one buys. Her reputation as a concept thief & price gouger doesn't help. She's just trying to hit billionaire status. You can get Bleach Blonde hair overnight if you go to a professional who knows what they are doing! Now depending on your texture(size of hair strands), it may take awhile for the bleach to process. Beyonce has a course hair texture so it may take a couple sessions to get to Platinum! It really depeneds on the stylists and what products they use! I've gone platinum blonde and my stylist at time decided to do it in two sessions. I had an afro at the time, she said she could done it one session but she didn't want my hair spongey! I probably would not do Platinum blonde on my hair again! It's high maintance.
Beyoncé should hire you for marketing. I guess the name Cecred is a play upon her name and the word sacred but I didn't get it either. I watched the video of the announcement and thought maybe she's playing upon the theme of your hair is your crown and glory theme. Lemonade would make more sense.

I am French and beside the fact that there is an accent on the é like you can find in French. The world itself is nothing French and many French would be confused on how to pronounce the full name. I got it right only because I speak both language but still it does not make any sense in both languages.
