I think that the seventy-something Mr. Dante should lose the leather pants. He should be wearing a pair of old man’s Haband slacks at this point in life.
I did not see Jim Yester on stage with Jules Alexander and the other two fellows during The Association’s performance at this show. Sadly, Terry Kirkman, Larry Ramos, Brian Cole and Richard Thompson of The Association are all deceased.
I was at this VERY show at the King Center in Melbourne FLA in Row 1. I would like to put together your footage with my footage and post it to the Cowsills, Association, Ron Dante’s,Vogues, Buckinghams, Classic 1Vs timeline. GREAT FOOTAGE, I have GREAT Close ups. Please give me contact info ty K
Back in the 1970s, I could not stand the song, “Sugar, Sugar.” I recall that the late, great Larry Ramos of The Association goofed on “Sugar,Sugar,” when he said that it compared to The Association’s classic hit, Cherish,” as one of the “great” romantic songs of all time. Yet, in 2022, there I was at The Happy Together Concert Show in Red Bank, NJ, watching Ron Dante and Professor Mark Volman performing “Sugar, Sugar” and I actually enjoyed the song after over fifty years!
The 5oclock guys in their grandpa jeans. Oh my! These reunion shows are awesome. The real voices, not electronically enhanced, just beautiful!
Paul Cowsill was the most entertaining . Loved his energy. And the guy with the glasses in the Vogues group.
Still going strong in 23. Recently saw the show in Virginia. They were great!
We need more COWSILL!! More SUSAN COWSILL!!
Susan and I have the same Birthday.
Susan Cowsill has GREAT legs for a 63 year old!!
She's a rock and roll dancer!
She has great everything!
She's a Goddess
Have your heard Susan sing "To sir with love?" It's incredible. I actually prefer her version to the original by Lulu.
@@maryk446 I agree! A terrific voice and a wonderful person. Susan and her oldest brothers host a really good Blog too.
Ron Dante NEVER ages! And Susan Cowsill looks fantastic!!!!
And they still sing like birds, too!

Without Howard it just is not the same - like seeing some Bar Mitzvah band playing 60's hits -- Howard please come back
Doctors's orders as of 2017 - no more touring...ain't gonna happen. I wish it were different too, but it's not.
Who is singing Howard’s part?
Ron Dante
Howard Kalyan must be laid up
Ron Dante. “Sugar, Sugar”
