Pretty new, might be dumb question, but how do people get lvl 100 legendaries so they can even be sold?I just killed timemark 7 boss and since I started playing not ONE item was selleble in the market:D they are all locked cause not lvl 100, do I have to be lvl 100 to drop them?or do they only drop in timemark 8? it feels like all legendaries are useless to me if they are not lvl 100
Legendary Aptitude are the Crafting slots available. 3 Aptitude means you can have 3 crafted affixes. Ideally on oversight, you would want Spell Skill or Minion Skill Level to upgrade to T1 and go for T0. Then go for target crafts.

i got one +2 min skill and +2 spell skill, is there anyway to go +3? or you have to hit +3 in the "targeted processing" for both? thx for the tips!!!
Unfortunately, you have to tap +3. +2 is still very good
