He was really nervous in parts during the beginning, but he got better towards the middle and end. He was great! Loved his stage presence.

I watched Blake's last season but HOW DID I missed Jamar! I couldn't believe his voice, plays guitar like BB King, Hendrix ... reminds me of "how a cat moves" - he's across the stage so smoothly. I've been listening 2 his subscrip channel nonstop. He's a PRO 4 SURE!

This was beautiful. I smiled the whole way through. Congratulations Jamar and family.
Jamar definitely had nerves and sometimes it's hard to hear what a singer sounds like with them, but midway he started sounding better. I'm glad he was able to overcome and get a couple of chairs turned for him bc he has a classic old-school voice.

That was a bad song choice. Didn't really showcase his voice. But glad Chance and Blake turned for him and gave him a chance. Jamar KILLED IT in the battles.

He was flat af at a lot of points
I think the guy has a lot to learn, he sounds very shy and nervous. He's not fully confident in his voice or in hitting the right notes and it was very noticeable. He also didn't fully show his range which could be tied to fear.
Just to note a couple of things^
I don't think he'll go far unless he allows himself to be trained and allows himself to power through his vocal range. The potential is there, he's just gotta unravel it all.
Because he was just stuck singing like a train. He should sing like a roller-coaster.

I wasn’t impressed with this performance, but he killed it during the Battle round.
I heard some nerves and pitch issues in beginning but after that he got it together.
This guy is really really terrific!!! But I feel like this season they have only really good people…. In 3 episodes I have only seen 3 people not get picked. They only get 10 people on their teams and I think they used to get 12? The producers are really limiting it to very good singers…. Very tough competition this season
