I learned the most when I watched your videos is how to aim calmly. It helped me a lot now I can deal with at least Gold without too much stress. Still improving day by day.

@@zawza111 i went up to Plat 2 after stuck in gold but i didnt use this routine all i did was good crosshair placement + in aimlabs try to place vct latam king + strafe track thats how i went up
day 1, Im not feeling good about my aim so im coming back in 3 weeks
Day 1: I did this training and played some dm before playing ranked, my first game wasnt too god, I lost with a troll jett, but in my second game i dropped 34 kills and carried my team with a troll raze, definitely this training helped, i also think the confidence of playing an agent i feel comfort with helps a lot
day 2: i played my placements and got plat 2, this is my peak rank btw, I played worst than yestereday but still got a win
day 3: I trained but didnt play because i was too tired
day 4: trained and played some ranked, got 2 wins and double rank up to diamond. Im winning but i feel that im not improving a lot my aim, anyways imma keep training

So far, I’m about a week into doing this drill. I completely abandoned doing Aimlabs just to create a control for this experiment.
Here are my current results: I’ve went from P3 to D1 and my headshot % increased from 14% to 20%. I find my crosshair placement, stability, and overall 1st bullet accuracy has improved significantly. More importantly, I’m REALLY enjoying this warm up routine. I tend to run one death match after with the goal of winning it at all cost. I find that mentality sets up me to succeed in my first ranked game.
Here are the changes I made to this routine to better suit myself:
Instead of hard bots I run medium bots and aim for 30 bots killed. I find hard bots creates shaky and inconsistent aim while medium bots give just enough time to lock onto the head and fire. I also stand in the middle of the range and eliminate 100 bots. This forces me to do 180 degree turns (look behind me) for wider angle flicks.
My routine looks like this:
100 bots from default spot
100 bots left side
100 bots right side
50 bots center of range (focus on constant strafe and 180 degree rotations)
3x medium bots
Then I repeat the above with phantom
And finally, eliminate 50bots 3-4 times with vandal from left side for max speed. My current PR is 38 seconds to kill 50 bots. My goal is to beat that number right before I queue for a game.
just remember aim alone is maybe 20% of what will make you rank up
@@him-xz9ph nah aim is atleast 40% i noticed wheni was harstuck in bronze 1 and after this drill which i have followed for 2 weeks im now at silver 1 on my main and believe me or not but a new id which i ahve created i reached silver 1 within 2 days..game sense and aim both are required as well as other skills like comms
@@hasanaim0 yes aim is a lot more important in the lower ranks, as u progress in rank aim becomes less and less important
@@him-xz9ph because aiming will be a part of you but us low rankers have to practice to put it into our muscle memory i guess...whatever you are pretty understanding
im ascendant 2 and have bad aim, im just saying aim doesnt separate players much in higher elo, its more like decision making@@hasanaim0
Out of all the routines other content creators put out there, this one feels like one of the most useful.
A lot of other routines out there train skills that wont necessarily translate well in-game. The skills you’re working out here can directly translate to in-game mechanics.

feel free to update me man. Btw I also relate to what u said, I started as silver 2 and I tried to watch many tips content on how to actually improve. But few of them really help, instead by simply spending more time practicing simple drills everyday is where the real improvement is

I feel I am leaving the old aim habits behind and getting new ones, although the numbers doesn’t look much better… I feel much more confident on my aim, hopefully the following weeks I will improve. I almost got Gold 1 twice, Ive been 3 points and 7 points from it! Happy so far!

hey, valorant coach here i would like to add one thing I always used to tell players in my team. Dont aim train before playing it will only make you tired, instead do a short warmup just to get a feel of large movements and micro adjustments. The aim training should ccome in the evening before bed for two reasons. 1 it doesnt tire you before playing, and 2 you create stronger neural connections if you do something before your sleep and you retain more of that muscle memory. Most my players had specific playlists i made for them then they would play a bunch of dms before going off to bed, the dms help with retaining memory of crosshair placement too so i think its imortant.

I used this routine and made it from bronze 3 to gold 1 55rr through abilities and skills while mix matching the routine to my liking
The true abouts sens in Valorant is:
Low sens: if you don't have control
Mid sens: if You have control
Pros recomend a sens that allow you to do a 180° spin, this will requiere a high discipline and control of your aim.

This routine is good and all but the hard bots can be questioned because if you are in the lower ranks you are probaly going to train your muscle memory to just shoot fast rather than take your time and get head taps its a good routing but i would recommend medium bots instead they train you to take your time more than just go fast

I just did this in the morning. I qued bunch of ranked but unfortunately lost them. I feel like my aim is already better than before and I also hit bunch of nasty shots during the games.

Week 1:
I never missed a day and it’s all good for me. My headshot % went from 12 to 21 and I average 20 kills a match.

Im currently Plat 1 0 RR Im doing this warm up for 2 days now before Playing any game and pair it with another aim training before sleeping ill update!!
Week 1:
Improve my Flicks and Headshot rate went up by 5% also i average 20 kills per game!
Week 2:
i reached Diamond 2 my winrate went up by 8% i guess and my headshot rate is almost 30% and becoming more consistent!

I can definitely feel my aim getting better in range, I can easily kill 15-20 medium bots now , till now I can't tell any difference in my in game performance.
The reason why my stats are much worse than day1 is because the new act started 1-2 days before I completed my week 1. I will keep doing the routine for another 2-3 weeks and if I don't see any improvements I will stop.
Week 2:
Bronze 1
Dmg/rnd=137.81
Hs%=15.31
K/D=1.156
Win %=43.48
Tracker score=611(Tier B)
For the first 4-5 days of the week I could see improvemts in my aim but for last 2 days my matches are not going well, maybe it's because of the elo difference because when I play in bronze 3-silver elo I am perform average.

Edit: Well after 3 weeks of slacking off, ngl there's definitely improvement. While I could barely play so my physical rank is still Bronze 2, I already consistently fight Silver no issue and high Gold Plat is when I struggle a little bit more but definitely great routine. Update again in December.

For me it seems like that in higher ranks, abilities is the only way to win. From what I have seen in many gameplays (that are not from reyna onlymains obviously) is that most people just get shot trough the smoke (reyna mains always push the smoke so that's why I probs never really see that by reyna mains)

both, wrist for micro flick/adjustment and arm for longer flick/adjustment, might sound weird but yea that's how I do it

1 week update... Feels like my aim got fuccked up as am practicing shooting static bots in the range and when I try shoot real player I couldn't when they are moving. But some how I got out from s1 and now am s2.
