- She's back! Took care of a melted fan connector as well as a couple of leaks, and most importantly got the drag pack rear fitment right for my ZR6X rear fenders. Boost weather is finally here! Looking forward to driving this car more.

I have a hard time watching any channel for more than 10-12 mins. But this channel, I can go from 15 min video to 15 min video. Best "least known" channel I've seen.
Appreciate it man!
I’m glad I discovered this channel. Easily in my top 3 UA-cam channels
@@ChrisSullivan69👍🏼a talented mechanic that doesn’t claim to be an expert and has an open mind to keep learning is refreshing. A strive to be the same.
Gotta be a great feeling knowing you did all the work yourself, and it performs as well as it does. Nice work!
No
@@nickbaur6952 yes
yeah where did he learn it all lol, just DIY?
And what does this man do for a living, thats a dream garage
A C6 Z06 will be my next Corvette! Your car looks and sounds so much better than a C8 I’m not like everyone else I hate that car!
C6 Z06s are maybe the most underrated sports cars of all time. They are such great cars all around and really haul the mail and handle like a track car..
Your face, during pulls, was the definition of what being a car guy means.!!! 🤘👊
I came across your channel randomly in recommended UA-cam videos when you first bought the CTS-V months ago.
I started watching some of your videos earlier in the week, and man you do a great job on everything you touch - your cars you build, your video editing quality, your exhaust work, your personal taste in cars, etc.
When you took your ZO6 twin-turbo out for a few pulls on the highway, I swear I got an adrenaline rush, just watching you go through the gears. Amazing car and build.
You’re excitement is infectious! Mine is not even close to as modified as yours but it gives me the same smile and a scream every now and then! I tell my wife it’s therapy for me and she thinks I’m crazy but I’m sure many of you know exactly what I mean. Also, your Z is sick as f***!!!
I'm a big fan of your license plate collection! Mr. Mackey....MMMKAY...🤣
Very few people got that reference back whenI had that plate lol!
@@ChrisSullivan69 I think your channel is awesome. You subs are about to go way up. Keep it up!
Anytime I see this car, I can't click fast enough. Awesome home-build!
JEEEEEEEZUUUUUUUSSSSS
Just remember to retorque everything regularly with wheel spacers. The tint, ground effects, wider flares, wheels on a black Vette is SICK!
No one does it like Chris Sully
sounds sick!
That boy kiiicks
Love how clean everything is. Attention to detail is incredible. Beautiful ride man
Thanks for coming back with this. HUGE Love for the project and your awesome work. I sense some longevity with this channel, your a treasure for gear heads like me !
Much appreciated!
@@ChrisSullivan69 is car floor. Sell
It’s like time distorts when you open the throttle. Lmao. Great vid my man
Man I blinked when you shifted and car popped too lol 💯🔥😁💨💨💨💨💨
Bro that shot of the car getting pulled out of the garage. My God that car is so sick. I subbed!
This guys garage is CLEAN !
I thought I was the only one who swept my garage consistently …..
Great Vette and even better state Moto “Live Free or Die “
Beautiful build.
Mann all of your cars are my dream cars, great channel btw! Should have your own tv show with the quality of your content, puts some motortrend programs to shame
When you punch it the cars on the road seem to just stop moving. Lol
That thing is awesome! And all black with black wheels!!! 🔥🔥🔥
Should have used sandpaper, cookie wheels, whatever to remove rust & oxidation from the spindles b4 adding the spacers. Either way, a black Vette looks SICK!
After watching this I am definitely going to check the connector on my 07. Haven’t had an issue yet, but who knows.
The no lift shift was awesome 🔥
Buddy is Knowledgeable
You’ve put together the baddest z I’ve ever seen!!!
Thanks man!
That vette was moving! Sounds awesome when those turbos spool up!
That 3-4😮
You have some nice rides bub.
Just finding your channel. Earned my subscribe
She is a beast 😬 the excitement in your face is everything❤️
Love this clean build and sound from this Z06. I’m actually an EVO fan but I love the other dark side too. LOL.
Look MUCH BETTER !! GREAT JOB !! JESSE VIA LAS VEGAS
Another great video Chris. I did the ARP studs all around on mine but for the rears it was actually designed so you can actually replace the studs with everything still on the car. Knocked my originals out with a hammer and put new ones right in, use a lug with washer to draw it in
That car is perfect no changes needed
You got the baddest zo6 out there
Z06 looks good love the black the car just ties together nicely
such a clean Z06 those last 2 pulls where insane 🔥😮💨
drive it like you stole it. I love the sound of that z06. 💪💪💪
Baaaaaaad ass Z06 man! Love it!
Dude that is so fun to watch you shifting!!!
Dont know how I just came across your channel. Absolutely badass. Love it
Love it homie! Hey at least that backfire left your ear drums intact.....lol
Absolute rocket! What a beautiful machine.
I want to add some science to what you were saying at the 8:30 mark in regard to the the centering ring and the lugs. The centering ring does not hold the weight of the car, and the lugs do not provide any lateral load or transmit any direct force used to rotate the wheels.
What actually happens is that the clamping load provided by the torqued lugs creates a friction surface between the wheel and the hub. For perspective, a single 1/2" stud torqued to 100 lbft will provide 12,000 lbs. of clamping force. Now spread that out over the whole surface area between the wheel and hub and then factor in the coefficient of friction between the two materials, in this case steel and aluminum, and then you can determine the amount of power it would require to overcome that friction.
Now I don't know all of the math on it, but rest assured neither the weight of the car nor the amount of power transmitted through the drivetrain are sufficient enough to overcome the friction between those two surfaces created by the clamping load of the lugs.
Tldr; the weight of the vehicle and the power delivered through the drivetrain are both supported and transmitted to the wheel and tire assembly via friction.
Keep your content coming brother. We definitely enjoy it
I put a 75A Anderson power connector there. No more problems. That oem Metripack will probably just burn up agai.
Thats a good idea. I'll keep that in mind next time it happens lol
Take a sip of your beer every time Chris says ARP lol
You got to make more videos w this thing, it’s a monster omg 😳
Beautiful monster! I have that same shirt
First time here, instant subscribe! Great content for sure! keep it coming
I melted 2 plugs for the fan. Ended up getting a terminal board to connect it back up as a quick and dirty fix and been running like that for a couple years now.
That C6 is perfect. You have such great taste in mods.
That looks way better ❤
Very descriptive and very well expressed learned quite a bit from your videos especially having owned two corvettes myself!
Solid dude! That wheel fitment was the only thing I was not sure about but I am glad its fixed! Looks Savage! Cant wait for the next vids on this!
Holy shit …………😳🤤 I wish I was “just so busy with all my vehicles.” I feel for ya brother. Them big boy problems right there!! 😂 Great channel!
Damn! Thing is insane!
That ZO6 is a beast
Dude this is the sickest shit. The backfires on the pulls are insane. Such a clean build. Get a camera on the back, can only imagine what it looks like.
"Shear" is what's on the lugs.
I'm a new subscriber, I gotta see more of this vette! 💯🔥🥰💨💪🏾
Great build! That's the ultimate dream car right there!
That corvette is a beast. Really like the Camaro though.
Awesome bro!! Things a beast!!
New to the channel very nice ZO6 man
Nice zo6. Keep up the good work.
Sick man. Been chasing cooling problems in my C6 ZR1 this summer. Gonna check that plug one more time and maybe just replace.
Make sure the inner studs aren't hitting the back of the wheel mounting flange.
I thought I was the only one that noticed that.
The wheels have to be sitting on the ends of those long ass studs holding the spacers on
For sure a big concern
That's tough ASF! 💪...these cars are soo expensive in Australia it's damn near impossible to own one, plus V8 is $1100 a year for registration and fuel is $2.50 a litre then you have insurance to pay around $2000 a year..love that rig mate keep up the good work 👍
Always make sure to use Dialectic silicone on connectors to improve the quality of the connection.
Looking sturdy mannn🤙🏼🤙🏼
Just discovered your channel. Love the sound of your Vette.
Big fan of your c6! Is so Sick!🔥🔥
Thanks!
Yessir!!! Badass brotha!
Great vid bro you definitely deserve more subs
What a build beautiful car my brotha

Sounds wicked Chris!!
Z06 IS BACK LETS GOOOOO
Sounds amazing sir, enjoy 😉 😀
Nice car you have !
Z06 life 😎😎😎👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾
Awesome Machine👍🏻
Freaking insane man! Beautiful car!
Sweet car bro 👌
20:10 guessing that was your first time flat footing it. Man that was wild!! 😆 🤣
Chris..what is your favorite car of all time? and one that you wish you could find//Lord knows you have eclectic taste..and have/had some fantastic road warriors..great video..enjoy this great weather.won't last long here either..
Those wheels look great on that car!
I’m currently wheel shopping for my 2019 1LE.
So far the cars I see with the 15 inch rear wheels look some what awkward when coupled with a 18” front wheel.
I know the additional sidewall height can accommodate some further give for traction I just think that those 17 will do the trick.
They look great! The front wheels would look better to be if they had black finished outer parts instead of the machine finished.
Maybe black with the same script machined into them as the rear. Can all probably be had for the right dollar amount that I’m not willing to spend myself.
Just looks awesome over all. Glad it’s hooking up.
I love to speed shift my Camaro. That intimidated my brother in law seeing me do that. He will not line up his HellCat with me. He is certain I’ve done something to my car.
That license plate👌🏻, hybrid turbos maybe🤣🤣🤣🤘🏻🤘🏻
Great collection
Badass
20:10 That is why we go through all the time and money......that right there!
that's a sick zo6 man
Yes sir 💯😮
Aye let's get into it 💪
Prolly my favorite vet on the UA-cam man. Really spectacular. Can I ask how tall your garage ceiling is and what lift you have?
Under 9'. This is a universalift 2
@@ChrisSullivan69 wow man that has to be the fastest reply of anyone and most people don’t even respond lol. I gotta say I just found your channel and I’m really impressed, I subbed right away lol. You do amazingly clean work and like me I see your on your own working a regular job as well. It’s 5 degrees here in south jersey today so I’m being a bumb and binge watching all your vids lol. Lookin to get a c6z by the end of this year after I finish my lsx fox body so the stuff you showed with the red car has been really educational thanks for these videos dude I really mean that.
Sick Z man! Those Supervette rear arches make your car look like a base model with rear z06 quarters lol.
