- In today's video I am showing you one way I'm using up some scraps and we're going to make mini rosettes! This works great when you have a longer scrap piece of patterned paper and they're always great to add to your crafty projects for some dimension and elements!

You certainly don't need dies or cutting machines to make these rosettes. I make them w/o - just score the folds. Great idea to use up scraps for sure!!!!

I need to get some rosette dies. Great use of scraps
you can also just use a score board and score every 1/8th or 1/4 of an inch! and maybe even use a border die on the edges!
@@KarolinasKrafts Thanks! That’s a really good idea about border dies. I’ve made ones before scoring at 1/4”. But no small ones.

How can I do this without a machine?
You’d have to cut a strip of paper and score the lines and then fold

If you put the The die on only part of the paper you could cut 3 strips to make 3 rosettes, rather than waste half the scrap paper
I’m not sure what you’re saying about wasting half the scrap paper. I used the whole thing to make rosettes.

It’s a discontinued die, but there are other rosette dies you can use or you can make the score lines using a score board
