This episode reminds me of the case of serial killer Tsutomu Miyazaki, who murdered four little girls. Yukinobu Tatsu, the author of Dandadan, is from Saitama Prefecture, and it is said that the setting of Dandadan, Shono City and Kamigoe City, are based on Hanno City and Kawagoe City in Saitama Prefecture. Miyazaki mainly committed his crimes in Saitama Prefecture, kidnapping girls in Kawagoe City, Hanno City, and Iruma City. It is said that the spirits of the girls who were Miyazaki's victims haunt the old Komine Tunnel in Hachioji City, Tokyo. So, although I have no basis for this, I fantasize that this episode was somehow inspired by the Miyazaki Tsutomu case and the rumors of a ghost in the old Komine Tunnel.

after episode one i spent two and a half days reading all 171 chapters lol. such a good series, and its not done so theres more to enjoy. Super unique show with lots of fun and a cool premise, especially as it goes on. Highly recommend u read if u cant wait.
As much as I would LOVEE to read it, I avoid mangas of shows I watch to give a raw unbiased or influenced reaction, after I finish the series I will 100% be purchasing them!

Grandma Turbo is not an evil yokai, the legend exists, she causes accidents for those who exceed the speed of a road, basically she serves to cause "fear" in drivers so as not to go above the speed, she is known as Grandma x-Km (where X is the maximum limit of the road, for example: grandma 70km or grandma 50km)
This anime is going above and beyond, the classical music segment was only one page in the manga and seeing how they expanded on it shows the passion of the studio and the animation team Also turbo baba story is just a little peek of what this franchise is capable when it wants to hit the feels Next episode best girl shows up and I know u all gonna hate her but also know a lot of people are gonna be crying like if it were an episode of frieren

Her taking his pp actually has nothing to do with his gender and the gender of the people who unalive those girls. Granny can actually curse both genders. it just so happens that okarun was the one who got cursed by granny. And her talking about gobbling his pp is just part of her foul-mouthed personality, which adds a bit of humor to her character. And the information that is being shared right now where granny tried saving momo in episode 1 is pretty much a hypothesis. The truth is, it's just a scene randomly thought by the author of thinking on how he can make momo encounter okarun in his cursed state and momo being saved from the aliens. And the hypothesis would get immediately destroyed if people remembered that granny have been trying to unalive momo since episode 1 and almost vayo-lated(have to change it because of youtube) her in episode 3. Her consoling the spirit girls is just to make her image look better for obvious future plots that includes her. So the point is, there are scenes where you don't have to think too deeply about the plot and just enjoy the show.

At First I do hate Turbo granny but after reading the manga she's the best after granny Seiko (in my opinion)
