When you said "gotta learn some way" we all felt that.
Haha
@@EdwinOlding watch Lucas Truesdale, he's good!
We can get better together. I just got a SE bike and I’m getting better aswell. Just keep it up man. Your doing everything right.
Nice dude. Keep at it. It takes so much practice. And stay on the street. Wheelies in the grass or dirt just make it harder. You got it!
Your back brake is your best friend while on the wheelie
No why did I have to learn that the hard way?
I'd recommend when going on wheelies spreading your arms all the way, not half way like you do in the video, go back as if you threw yourself on a sofa after a hard day of work.
This helped me when I was learning so why not share :)
i invested in some fox knee/elbow pads for the wheelie pursuit 🤣
Practice in a field or grass man, take it easy.
This would be a great idea
I second this
Doesn't feel quite the same on pull up, pavement has a lot more grip, but it's great for finding the balance point and practicing braking.
@@jessariahm very true!
I learned on my street in front of my house when I was a kid . Slight grade helps immensely. Or did me .
Next video: Moving to Philadelphia to join a wheelie gang
Absolutely! I am so down!
👍👍 good wee bail lol, I've got a beast of an e-scooter that's on par with your surron I had a epic bail in the wet😂😂 definitely prefer your surron tho 👍those things are freaking rad
That’s so cool that you watch Anthony Panza
Glad I’m here to watch the whole journey
You should try building a manual training jig. Will allow you to find the balance point on your bike without the risk of eating pavement.
Brakes are a must. Try to stop power wheeling its a combination of throttle brake skills and also balance point not only back up and down but side to side using your knees and movement of the bars and force of you pulling the bike to the left or right regardless of what direction the bars are turned. Hope that helps
Morpheus: "He's beginning to believe."
Yes!! Favorite movie of all time
Anthony Panza! I love watching him I have entered 2 of the banshee giveaways.
i used to watch him and Augie run around NYC, it was dope
He is my favorite UA-camr right now hands-down
For sure!
@@EdwinOlding I really need to practice wheelies I'm just waiting for rear brake pads for my 300ex it's very easy to wheelie gotta learn before I get my banshee done I don't want to flip it after spending all the time rebuilding it
@@EdwinOlding that’s so cool
You guys that like wheelie, REALLY NEED an IMU 9 axis tilt sensor connected to overide the throttle.. so you wold do perfect wheelie alll time without worring about crash!
So then you’d never actually learn how to do a real wheelie. The fun of the wheelie is the thrill of the risk and learning the skill to find that sweet balance spot. Be brave, not wimpy.
If you’re pushing a button and relaxing while you sip on your Starbucks whipped caramel something-or-other while you wheelie, you might as well strap a la-z-boy to a Segway and sit back and brag about eating spicy chips or laundry detergent on MySpace or whatever the hipster kids do these days while the vehicle has all the fun.
#UkBikeLife here! 💯🔥🤙🏻 Just remember to keep the back break covered! Find your biting point, once you learn the brake. Learning the balancing point is easy, maybe try a full suspension push bike first. Also a twist and go 50cc moped are easy to learn you will find it in no time. 👌🏻👊🏻
There's a couple POV wheelies on my push bike on my channel. Your be able to see my finger constantly feathering the back brake. Also 1 finger is a lot easier than 2 fingers. Hope this helps. 🚲💨
Also sit quite far back, even drag your feet! So you're a bit more stable and don't lean off to the side! 👌🏻 Once you learn to "foot drag wheelie" then your be smoother with feet on the pegs.
Another quick one! 🤦🏼♂️😂 Keep your knees loose, so you can throw them left and right to keep you going straight. 👌🏻
The Segway 160 is going to be a wheelie machine due to the short wheel base. Everyone saying rear brake is right. You'll know you've got the touch when you are 'feathering' the rear brake to keep balance point.
I for one would get a specialized sensor basically something that can detect that you're about to loop it and it automatically applies the brake so you don't there should be something out there like that if not you have to make your own but it's possible it is possible.
What??? This channel was recommended because I've been watching videos on the Hemingway electric fat tire bicycle.... I've been watching you on Grind Hard Plumbing channel forever!!!!! I'm freaking out now! I've never seen you off the mountain
You'll learn that low tire pressure is what you want to run while doing tricks. Especially the rear tire. Gives you grip and bounce.
Bleed the Brakes!
1. Get in grass.
2. Go higher and trust the rear brake
3. Flex ur knees. Use body weight as a balance
Always use proper protection, even for a short ride. i havent been here today if it wasnt for prober protection. I was only going to take a short ride with my motocross. 60mp/h ish and flipped over and tombled atleast 130feet. My shirt and pants looked like they had taken multible shootgun blast. My knee, boots, and upper body protector jacket looked like you had put a grinder to it. Cracked the jaw protector on my helmet. And i did walk away with major scratches all over my body, beaten so i looked like a smurf.
With that said, stay safe and have hella fun on your way forward to a better biker. I look forward to follow you and see you evolve.
Cheers from sweden!
Hey thank you so much for the feedback do you have any vest that you would recommend? I’m thinking about ordering some thing up today definitely want to stay alive and stay safe out there
@@EdwinOlding Alpinestars jackets is light, well ventilated and gives good protection, good support for your upperbody and its comfortabe :)
Do you play much guitar 🎸 if so could you make a video of you playing
Try being smoother on the throttle and bleed that brake before you go back out
I’ll give it a go tonight
Get that rear brake tuned up man. I love bike life videos too! Can't wait to see more. Check out sur ronster he bike life's his sur ron
It's ok bro keep practicing
My tip is to fix the brake and practice bringing tire down with the brake and build the muscle memory
The back brakes are your instant wheelie stop lever lol too far back just slam the brakes and your front wheel is back on the ground.
Get a pedal bike and wheelie on that and you’ll be able to wheelie on anything
30 years of wheelie here .
Cover that back brake man and always be ready!
I wonder if you can rig up a foot brake instead of the hand brake for a little better and more natural rear brake feel.
Beware wheelies are addictive!... Once you get good at them you will be traveling everywhere on one wheel lol.
😅...
Jesus Christ is the way to travel to heaven 🙏❤️💯✝️
If your brakepads wearout just a little ull notice a huuuge slack on the brakelever. Get New rearpads and the lever will be tight again. Much easier than bleeding These brakes
Utter nonsense
@@projecttime5305 ich denke man versteht es trotzdem. Und jetzt antworte du in meiner Sprache dann sehen wir was sinn macht.
Practice up hill. It allows you to go slower. Find the balance point at slow speeds. Get used to what it feels like for it to go all the way over and step off the back. When you can do it slow, you can add speed. You got it!
Im nursing a lot of road trash myself, crashed my Ducati monster Saturday, wear some good pants and boots for sure haha
No lie heal quick my friend
@@EdwinOlding I appreciate it, but they said itll be 3 or 4 weeks 😂 sad days ahead
Check out Sur Ronster on YT. He only do wheelies and Tuts for Surrons.
Definitely get that back tire pumped up à bit. Much easier to control
Back brake!! Guys will run 2 calipers, one for the stock rear lever, one for a 3rd bar lever
Interesting I’ll look into that for sure!
@@EdwinOlding I didn't realize that bike was setup like a mountain bike. You're already doing every right
Opening with a banger!
always haha
You should watch Sur Ronster!
That's a sweet bike
Is this a sur ron or a segway x260? Which one is faster
What’s your favorite psi to ride at?
Is this bike the same as the junior suron
Always watch that back brake when your in a wheelie
On it!
Once you get the back brake fixed, rely on the back brake. This will allow you to wheelie at any speed infinately🤙
That is the dream!
yep as soon as you master the back brake you can wheelie at 354kmh like ghost rider plus your battery is gonna last forever because the wind will make your front wheel spin which will recharge your battery like a windmill 👍
@@geemy9675 Exactly my thinking!
More power…. You need more power!
Always!
You seem like you already got it. Just need tons of seat time now. Stuntbikes was my life when I was younger. My advice( slow and controlled is the best way to learn. Find that perfect balance of throttle and rear brake. The best stunt riders can roll strait up barely on the throttle) 🤙😎
Love it! Thanks
Don’t feel bad that you crashed and scraped your leg as most break bones learning, and I’m not saying that won’t happen to you either but hopefully not. Everyone has to crash and burn while learning new things and unfortunately it happens many times no matter how good you get. Keep up the Great Work and Stay and Play Safe !! 👊👍
Well electric bikes brake when you let go of the throttle so I’m not sure how to non power weelie them
Did u already know how to wheelie? Could u do a in depth tutorial on wheelies :/?
Do you bro, but I don't think I would ever want to leave the trails on one of those. Sick either way tho!
True I definitely have a blast on the trails but I think this is going to help me with my overall bike control
Good on you for trying I'm crap at doing wheelies
It is so much fun
Do it on the dirt Where elbow and wrist protection. Be safe ha ha
Yeah ordering elbo pads today for sure!
Adjust your handle bars forward then lean back a little till you feel the balance
See you in a year 👍
Less air in the back tire
Watch Sur Ronster Videos He Show How To Do Them On His Sur Ron ....
Yes!
Mmmmmm do you have a rear brake? If so practice covering it and easing the front end down with it so that when you feel yourself going past balance you can bring yourself back with the rear brake
I do now. This day it was super soft and needed to be bled
Dude I’m so obsessed with street wheelies too but in sport bikes. I can wheelie a quad for days. Been riding for years so I can wheelie for miles on a 400ex / all of the fourtrax line, esc. No you’re not a idiot bro you have to go down a few times to see where the limit is or what mistakes not to make. I’m ready to wheelie on the sport bike. I can get a little one. But I want to ride for miles
So sick! It really might be the most fun you can have!
Check out Surronster on UA-cam.
You need more power brother!
Naah im doin wheelies on 50cc scooter (piaggio zip old model) but backbrake need to be working 100% so you dont flip xD hehe
Scooter wheelies!
Go get the banshee and do it Haha
Working my way up to that haha
Keep trying, thats my only advicr
Will do!
back brakes are the most important part past 12 o clock your fubar
bro, go way slower so its easier and practice that rear brake and you will be set.
Get a wheelchair and practice finding the balance point. it's easier because you can do it standing still. There is a wheelie school in Santa Cruz that uses them for training.
More fun on motorcycles
Where’s the Surronster when you need him ?
Time for mt7s
True!
@@EdwinOlding they’re amazing and so worth it especially since you’re 72v. Get the 220mm magura rotor for the front too.
Your goin to slow and not taking time to set up make sure ur goin a decent steady speed and pull up straight back and lean ur self back alittle more aslong as u got back brake youll be safe once ur in the balance point youll see the difference itll be easier to maintain it
try getting your bottom off of the seat, having your weight on your feet & your rear more aft. see how these BMX guys (Adam LZ & Spencer Foresman) instruct it & adapt to your ride. ua-cam.com/video/l5Gm7ujMlXo/v-deo.html
Mike Fede & Scotty Cranmer have good tutorials as well, though Spencer & Adam are as comedic & entertaining as they are Pro. You’ll Get It, Dude.
Thanks I am checking it out for sure!
@@GrindHardPlumbingCo - Cool. Spencer instructs BMX at Woodward & you may know Adam LZ from the GearHead Community, where you GHPC Boys have carved a Nice Niche. I think it’ll help get you locked in, Eduardo ✌️
Be more calm, and check your back brake bevore you ride xD
Ive never crashed untill i learned it. You cant practice wheelies long, practice every ride a bit.

Vrai cool ton yt
Please wear a helmet and nee pads and gloves
Get a pitbike 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼klx110
It’s better to learn on something with a combustion engine because you can hear how much power your putting into the bike dawg. And then you can hear how much power it takes to keep it at the balance point.
Check out you tuber surronster
Write this number down and keep it on you at all times
911
When they ask what is your emergency
