- I wanted to go to Dollar General to buy some supplies I needed for my next video request. Before I left it occurred to me to film this trip. Sometimes I forget I can just do that. I walked into the place with all the confidence I could muster and acted like it was perfectly normal to hitch a strap and camera to my chest. Before long, the management was treating me like VIP! What a kick! But yes, I still get self conscious and embarrassed. The best way to overcome that is with bravado (acting as if). I ended up enjoying myself after all in the early, quiet hours of the morning. I loved hearing the sunny sounding voice of a man singing at the top of his lungs, but alas, I had to delete it. Just wasn't ASMR for me. I walked away with my lunch making supplies and show y'all what I got after I got home. Watch to the end!

What I love about going into my local dollar general is people filling their carts up over an hour time period and getting in front of me in line.... Super relaxing.

Video idea: You could make a collage from magazine clippings and explain why you are choosing certain images (soft spoken, of course haha). You could even use some of the confetti you purchased. The best type of glue to use would be rubber cement, it’s not as messy and dries quickly.

When I was teaching him how to twirl a lady he did it with too much gusto and spun me across the tile in my kitchen and since I was up on one leg I slipped. When I went to catch myself with the other leg I landed on it diagonal and collapsed with my entire body weight on it and it just snapped my fibula clean through in 3 places.
No regrets! But it has not wanted to heal as it should at all!
Oh my goodness! Talk about odds/chance! That’s so crazy. I once broke my ankle doing a front walkover (gymnastics) on a down hill slope of grass. 🤦🏻♀️ Got carried home by a handsome guy though! 💁🏻♀️😉

Msg is naturally occurring in proteins, tomatoes, kelp, & parmesan cheese. It's what gives things a 'savory' flavor and is derived from plants, usually sea kelp. When it's omitted from a recipie they usually/sometimes have to over compensate with salt or sodium. Msg can also be found in chips (cheetoes, doritos etc) ranch dressing, & is sometimes the secret ingredient when you see 'natural flavors' listed under the ingredients. It's strange that a stigma has grown around this ingredient in asian foods, when it's also commonly found in western foods as well.
I knew mostly everything there is to know about MSG except where it came from. So you definitely cleared up a question in my mind. And oh my gosh, I love MSG! It makes everything taste better. My husband explains that it opens up the taste buds to receive more flavor. I wish it wasn’t so bad for us. That is why it is stigmatized here in America. We don’t like foods/ingredients that make us blowup like balloons. It causes water retention like nobody’s business. I imagine the real problem with MSG is that we simply eat too much of it as Americans. Everything in moderation, right?

Hi, I love your videos and have been watching for a while now! I wanted to tell you that your voice brings me so much comfort because you sound exactly like my grandmother. It brings back memories of spending time with her when I was younger. She now is very sick and has Alzheimer’s so she has difficulty remembering and talks very little now. Typing this brought me to tears, but good tears. Thank you for all you do💗💗

I just wanted to share with you that raw hides are terrible for dogs, so if you ever do have another dog or gift someone treats, remember to stay away from them!! Thank you so much! What I do is make an original video without voice. I add my voice later to this same video. This is called a voice over. Vocals cannot be extracted.

If only there was a way to extract voices! My job would be so much easier. LOL. I guess what I do is a bit of acting. I remember what I was thinking at the time I made my video and do a kind of reenactment of the events in my mind. It all kind of comes naturally to me.

Omg I love Cheetoes too and all chips really... haha My favorite rn are these mini pringles that come in a sleeve, they're from Korea. They're sort of thicker, maybe more like lays stacks but they're less salty than american chips. Yeah. I like chips too much.. haha

Love your videos! Just wanted to say though try not to switch brands of food for your animals. That tends to lead them to having an upset stomach. If you do switch brands, for the first little while mix their old food with the new until they get used to the new brand. That’s what my vet told me to do with my cat when I took her in because she was throwing up a lot.

Let me just say, we had a wire haired terrier and we fed her dry dog food and that was in the days before all the "natural and grain free" foods ever hit the market and we also fed her table scraps from time to time and it never did hurt her. She died of natural causes at the age of 17.

We have only one store that has everything for one dollar. That would be Dollar Tree. The rest of our discount dollar stores can range anywhere from one dollar to $10.00 or more. The Dollar Tree cannot carry items that have any serious worth if they have to stay priced at one dollar per item.
