The Colts could realistically win both sides of the trenches in every game. The offensive line now has the depth to be consistently good, whereas injuries really hurt us in previous years. The defensive line looks to be top three in the league this season. I'm a big, big believer in Laitu Latu. Dude is like somebody put Google's Leila chess program into a football uniform. He's going to learn so fast that he's unstoppable very quickly. Latu doesn't need to be on the edge to win. He also wins from the defensive tackle position. I can foresee Buckner and Latu side-by-side late in games. I don't see how he can be stopped. I foresee a very long day for CJ Stroud in week one. He may very well end up bloody. Great take from Zach about maybe keeping more defensive ends on special teams. I hadn't thought of that.
Some of the back end DE's on the roster might be trade worthy for late round picks? Even someone like Dayo? If you are happy with Lewis etc being your 4th, 5th guys, what could we get for Dayo, a 3rd? If he is on his final year of his contract and it might be difficult to resign him next year with the other guys ahead of him is it worth considering? Injuries could be a big factor throughout camp though.
Everyone seems to think Latu can't play the run but I've broken down 10 of his games, and I think people are just Knit picking... I think he will be an every down player once he puts on a little more muscle...

I don’t prioritize sacks. Consistent Pressure is much more important and something the Colts have lacked for too long.
A lot of our Defensive success this year hinges upon whether Latu can win 1v1. I think he will learn quick and finish with double digits.
