How are u brother ? I am the same patient like you. I took alfosiin 10 mg for three months, but no as such relief has seen. I urinate so frequent and feel sense of incomplete my bladder. My urine flow has reduced badly now. I am taking treatment from a well known urologist in kolkata. Even I developed a very tiny utricle cyst in my prostate , it was detected incidentally when I gone through USG KUB. Dr. Said to me that this is simple cyst and no need to worry.
