That sandwich 🥪 looks delicious we used to stop of at those little places and grab a sandwich 🥪 and coke or coffee ☕️ miss those days they don't have many anymore thanks for the memories keep up the good work 😀 ❤
Thank you so much for reaching out with tge kind words. I’m about to upload a video in a few minutes that talks about the same thing in the closing segment of the video.
Those biscuit sliders are awesome, and they have it all. So many local grown and produced foods, and things I don't see anywhere else. Love this place.
You are so funny! Stop & get something to take the "edge" off before you go to the main place! That store looks like a great place! And thank you John for helping out. John is a great addition.
Oh, if you think that was good, you are in for a treat. That was just the first of our three stops that day. I’ll be uploading those stops this weekend and next week. I’m uploading Captain’s Quarters tomorrow.
If I lived in Bardstown I would be a regular customer there. That sausage looks really good. We have a store that makes their own sausage here in Columbia Tn but it is ordinary. I think these folks are more serious about it.
Love the Felts' Country Ham bag on the wall. I live near there and it's genuinely the best country ham for frying up and making redeye gravy. Benton's out of Tennessee is the best for slicing and eating without cooking.
Barry my friend, what a great place, my kind of place, I only eat country salt cured or plain ham, don't care for the sweet with glaze, honey ham, etc...I remember when it was hog scalding season down home, we had our own smokehouse out back, we salt cured, hickory smoked our hams, bacons, butts , hocks, about everything on the hog & sold rib cuts & bought more hogs, we canned or pickled many veggies & kept them in a root cellar, great video, God Bless you all
@@goodallscountrykitchen thank you for the Blessing, God Bless you & yours , appears you are healing well & I can tell you have a little more hitch in your giddyup with every newer video, lol ! Thank God for prayers
You flat churning out the reviews now! 😂 Love it. I need to get to Delaney's one early morning, then on down to Mammy's with the wife. She's been wanting to go there. After I read bologna, beans & cornbread.. well, its on the list now!! 🤣😎
would def love to get some of those ham or sausage biscuits. i'd guarantee they have some fig preserves for sale in there to slather on those biscuits.
@goodallscountrykitchen this Thanksgiving 🦃 I had to pull an anaconda on a open-face turkey sandwich. Then I didn't back off. The Vikings horn blew and I pulled off a double snapper
Thanks for all of your videos I really enjoy them. When will you be posting Mammy's review? I have some friends from Floriday staying in Bardstown next week and looking for some good restaurant recommendations I want to show them a good Kentucky experience.
@@carlzimmerman4341 the hot brown and burger I had were amazing. The hot brown also had shaved country ham in it. Awesome! My friend had fried Bologna and pinto bean soup with fried corn bread. Those were also great. The menu is full of great looking stuff. My burger was called the Kentucky Corn bread mafia burger. It had corn bread for a bun and had coke slaw on it. The corn bread bun stayed together well too. It was awesome.
I haven’t had a bad meal at Simply Seafood, Bardstown Burger, or Juanitos. Those are pretty much the only places we go, Mammys occasionally for Breakfast. Hope that helps! They might want to check out Boones Butcher Shop also.
@@justinsatire Simply Seafood is on my list for this Summer. Boone’s sounds interesting. Mammy’s review will be posted next week. Thanks for the recommendations.

Grew up eating biscuits and sorghum.
Great review as always. Truly enjoy your videos

Thank you. But your a country girl at heart if you grew up eating biscuits and sorghum.
That looks awesome! Thank you for showing the good stuff out in the countryside around us.
It’s my pleasure!
Yummy 🎉! I would try everything every day! That's a beautiful old fashioned store! Great job 👍!
Thank you. It reminds me of my parents old place, Goodall’s Country Store.

They have a long time following. Everything is quality.
The sausage is amazing! If you get a chance to make it to Ole Delaney's, you will be very happy. One of my favorite places to splurge.
Looks like my kind of place. I will check it out when I go by there next week. Great review as always.
Please tell them I said hello.

Lots of great memories at Goodall’s. Unfortunately it won’t be coming back.
I would love to visit here
Are you from around Louisville? If so, it’s only a 30-minute drive.
