I have a grammar question but it's not the main topic in the video.
8:55 In the first sentence, why "those who do not" instead of "those who are not"?

Dear Mr. Adam, thank you for this video.
    1. In the sentence, seeing people suffer as they struggle to .. is truely heart breaking, is it wrong to put a comma before "is truely heart breaking"?
    2. In another sentence "but" was at the beginning of it, is it better to begin with however than using but or yet?
    Thank you in advance.

9:00 Shouldn't it be "are not" ? because in the full structure it should be " students who are able to speak a foreign language..... than those who are not able to speak a foreign language. So I think it should be (are not), correct me please if I am mistaken

Adam, firstly thanks a lot for the highly informative data!) I've got a question if I may. In the final example my attention was caught by the structure of the very last sentence. Smth like (but it's highly unlikely to happen in a lot of countries). Can I hypothetically modify it into smth like: "but hardly is it probable to happen in a lot of countries"??. I'm primarily concerned with the word order. Can u clarify if possible. Thanks in advance. Hope to see ur reply:)
