Betadine test is designed to test for glutathione content. If the Color changes, there is glutathione there. In other words, it is just an indicative if there’s really a presence of glutathione in the capsule. But it doesn’t not guarantee its efficacy on the skin. It is must know that MELANIN is the one who gives pigmentation/Dark color in our skin, and in contrary betadine contains PROVIDONE-IODINE which is clearly far from MELANIN. As a matter of fact betadine will also clear without Glutathione. Betadine will clear with only Vitamin C. Hence, Betadine Test is not a Standard Glutathione Test. Plus, taking glutathione capsule will not guarantee an instant whitening effect as the contents reduced because of what we called “first pass”. If you’re taking 1000mg of glutathione, only the 25% of it will reach the blood. And in order for a drug to reach its maximum efficacy, it should reach bloodstream with its full dose. That’s why, glutathione drip is far more efficient than taking oral glutathione because it is directly administered in the bloodstream. However please do also know, that administering excessive gluta drip will have an adverse effect for your Liver and kidneys. Love your skin color instead. 😊
