The mere word "rape" is insufficient in describing the decade of sexual assault this women suffered. There's got to be a better word, one with a greater magnitude.

You wrote it. Sexual assault is the perfect description.

France needs to update its archaic sexual assault laws.

Oh you’re shocked from America? From the same America of Harvey Weinstein,Jeffery Epstein,Bill Cosby,P Diddy? are you joking?
How are you not familiar with the case of the three Israeli brothers recently arrested in Miami? Oren, Tal, and Alon Alexander? They are absolute monsters. Horrific.

i'm surprised all involved were also not prosecuted for organized crime. i would had imagined there was and still is a case for that.

I find it interesting that these countries are so light on sentencing these types of crimes. That they needed a face for the women that had to endure such crimes. Isn't this suppose to be the first world? It is alarming, also how the defense acted.

In America, half the country would vote for her husband as President, Time magazine would make him person of the year. Also, Elomusk would buy the chat room he used to find the men, put in a cryptocurrency paywall, and start a campaign to protect their actions as free speech.

She is a symbol and hopefully France and the world can become a better place after this, but to talk about tianman square is quite far fetched...

No. It isn’t. But then you aren’t among the countless millions raped, brutalized, and violated.

You’re right. Considering the countless millions of victims who have been raped, violated, & brutalized across the globe & throughout history with little to no mention, it’s bigger than Tiananmen.
