John and Maggie, last year I retook my MCAT after watching all IFD videos religiously in my study plan. Because of y’all I increased my score by 12 points and was accepted to med school for this fall! I can’t thank you both enough for your resources and I REALLY hope you consider making similar videos for Step 1 & 2 studying!
CONGRATULATIONS ON THE SCORE!!! We're so proud of you, make sure to share your story with advisors, online, and friends! A lot of ppl can benefit from your experience... also... don't tempt us with more science teaching on UA-cam... you know we can't help ourselves
@@InformingFutureDoctors hahaha thank y’all so much!!! 💗 you two are a plethora of knowledge, I’m sure you could expand that to the MLEs. I’ll be waiting!! 😉
John, thank you so much for the comments you made at the end of the video about your past experience with preparing for the MCAT. I relate so much to what you said. I needed to hear that I’m not alone in feeling this way. Thanks for everything you (and Maggie) do!
Thanks so much, John. This will be my 3rd attempt to get the MCAT score I hope to achieve after a couple years of off-and-on studying. Thank you for your suggestions and your honesty. I related very well to your multiple attempts and thoughts you had. I plan to move on with a positive attitude and the discipline necessary to get to medical school. Thanks again.
Hi John and Maggie. Thank you guys for all you do. I have a couple questions about the new course: 1. Is the course and Uworld only available for 3 months? I work full time so would realistically need more time to reach my target score, in that case is Uworld extendable with your course for an extra purchase? Or would you be charged normal first time purchase fees for it (as extension packs are usually cheaper). Also I am going to be a 3rd time re-tester, I know I lack a LOT of foundation in content so I want to start from scratch. With this is mind, do you typically recommend for your students to do a full pass through of all the content before or during taking the high yield course? Or is the course meant to be the only content base we will need (supplemented by practice Qs and anki)? Lastly, any tips or sample mcat schedules for full time workers? Thanks for the motivation as always!!!
