- How to get an arm workout while on the trail or camping. I use simple workout resistance bands, a Rotpoax, a Zarges case, and a DIY EZ-curl bar I made. I show you basic arm exercises and share my motivation to stay fit and exercise while on the trail.

Good stuff. I do a lot of Isometrics and use the rotos also when i camp.. I run on 37s so I workout with my spare a lot, squats mostly along with carrying it back and forth doing ladders. My pitbull is @100lbs and he likes when I use him in his tactical harness for deadlifts. An IED nearly ripped my hands off my .50 cal so my wrists are too jacked for pushups.
That’s what I’m talkin about; getting an arm pump on the trail! Almost.... Fred Flintstone style🦾
