Good content and great strategy. As a small content creator on UA-cam, I know how hard it is to gain traction and attention from the beginning. Like many of you guys, I was tired of creating quality content almost every day and getting only a few hundred views on my best days. After that, I tried using some tools to ramp up my social presence, and honestly I don't regret it. Consistency, hard work (and a little bit of Fame- ster) is key to success!

I started my channel in 2022 and did it for 6 month and then stopped for almost a year and started back this past September and I have been watching your videos since 2022 and doing my best implementing your advice and it has worked. I have a gaming channel and I have changed the theme of the game 4 times trying to find that I can actually enjoy long term and it took a year and a half to do that. I went from Hunt showdown to Star Wars Battlefront 2 to Battlefield 2048 then No Mans Sky and now Formula 1 sim racing which is my true enjoyment and passion and I am also good at it.
Wish you the best but maybe do some other type of games as well. That can also be in the car racing category but it seems like you dont get traction for your content. First people need to find you until they can enjoy your content. So go a little bit with the hype games just to get some new viewers and followers :)

By my analytics I have been growing consistently so far and Have gained about 100 subs since this comment. I hope to increase the growth though and definitely need to post more

Sorry maybe is a dumb question, but i don't get it, if you are let's say telling a story, in my case i have an educationla channel, if i see the dip as he showed and than i cut out from the video... ho can the new video will be smooth on those particular moments of the clip, as i have taken out a part of it? How do i make it flow naturally then? Will apprecietr any feedback ❤
@@RC29972 Hey no worries that's actually a great question! Kind of complicated answer but I'll try my best. I think you have to use some discretion where to use this tactic or not. If there is a severe dip then cutting out a whole section might be worth it. However, if it interrupts with the storytelling and cutting it would ruin the flow of the video then it is probably not worth it IMO. If you can cut a small part of the dip and not have it effect the flow of the video or that particular section then it is likely worth it. As I've started doing this I've also become more mindful in my editing, meaning crafting content that could be easier to trim later if necessary. Hope that is helpful☺

After watching this I went to my videos and was going to do this on my videos. When I looked at the retention on one of my videos, I saw that at 8 seconds in almost HALF of the viewers clicked off. It went lower as the vid went on I don't really know what else to do except post more until I'm better.
I think I saw this a few weeks ago and the advice was solid. To the haters wondering about the advice, LIFE can get in the way of doing what you NEED TO DO. I ahve given SOLID advice to a few other channels . . . ALL went on to reach 1M subs in 3 years. Soooooo, why am I STUCK at 70k? Well, LIFE. I just don't have the time to do what needs to be done. Certain family members control my time, and what I can and cannot do with it. So I have maybe 2 hours a day to try to do e-mail AND UA-cam stuff. It's just NOT ENOUGH.
Last year, I was working full time, budgeting groceries, unable to afford date nights, and missing time with my kids. Now I learned how to make money online. Now am a SAHM, homeschooling, and making profits every week.
Everyone needs more than their salary to be financial stable. The best thing to do with your money is to invest it rightly, because money left for saving always end up used with no returns.

Always appreciate your tips thank you so much! THIS is why i DONT just upload my twitch vods, i carefully EDIT them to take out pauses, talking too much to chat, and learned transitions and better thumbnails. it def works!
I started 2 weeks ago and I put out about 25 videos. I would take a look at the types to see what was working, but this video helped me 100x more on breaking it down. I now know that people wanna see more dynamic poses in my art and advanced perspective tutorials. Your a blessing because I wouldn't have figured that out!

I started 2 weeks ago and I put out about 25 videos. I would take a look at the types to see what was working, but this video helped me 100x more on breaking it down. I now know that people wanna see more dynamic poses in my art and advanced perspective tutorials. Your a blessing because I wouldn't have figured that out!
Also the trimming down on my long form videos was a big help for retention! Much appreciated video! Glad u never let the haters get to you and you let it motivate you!
