1.67 index and above is suggested else the lenses will look very thick. Choose a nice acetate or shell frame so that they look nice in terms hiding the majority of the thickness inside the frame. Good luck

Namaste 🙏 If you are somebody using more digital gadget then I suggest Prevencia else Sapphire HR works well. Remember Prevencia will come with purple color coating which shows up on the lens. Also, appears little yellowish. So if you have sensitive eyes then go Sapphire HR. Thank you
