A place where a bird wouldn’t poo = in the middle of no where. Yes you can totally use it but maybe not in a very serious situation. A bit vulgar to talk about birds not pooing.. 😅

I know Vietnam moved away from using 汉字 in favor of Roman lettering (chữ Quốc ngữ), but it can actually be difficult to read Chinese with Roman characters. I encourage you to try typing your Chinese with 汉字! It’s worth it, and fits 中文 much better. 😁
