    I like the idea of the leaf blower 👍 i have used a
    circular saw a lot for cutting concrete, most the time I have used water but is not always a good idea to use

      One of the most important tools I have is a cheap toro blower 🤣

    Glad to see no wire in the concrete, makes for a little less of a pain in the ass.

      Yeah when they built this house everything was minimalistic

    You could of rented a concrete cutting saw for this part. Would of been much easier I think.

      @@armandovega2100 so the problem I find with rental walk behind concrete saws is that they use cheap blades that don’t work properly, in my area anyway. I knew my Dewalt blade would work 👍

      You should only cut about an inch at a time otherwise it wears the blade out quicker. I work in a Depot rental and we rent good blades .

    Use a Sawzall to cut all the nails where the top plate meets each rafter, have someone help you out with taking out the top and tie plate after all the nails are cut, then just cut the wood into manageable pieces and toss in the dumpster bin, have fun !!
