I’m loving your aquatic interlude and am eagerly waiting for your calendar to arrive with the wonderful print from that series.
I’ve done a fair bit of wading around, in waders, and have on many occasions have had to rely on poles to keep balance tripping or slipping on unseen obstacles.
May I suggest that you consider investing in a waterproof pouch to sling round your neck to place your camera when moving around, gives you two free hands as well. The come reasonably priced at any good boat chandlers, I used one when sailing for camera, phone, car keys etc..
It will make me less nervous watching and will save you heartache when the inevitable happens.
I simply love your presentation style, information, inspirational videos, thank you.

You can always use the 2 or 10 second timer on the GFX to prevent your reflection from appearing in the image, if the angle of incidence is normal (90 degrees) to the surface your camera refection will end up in the image. Nice work as always. Cheers BVA from Ontario

I really love how your out of camera RAW image is seldom very different than your finished product. I watch a great deal of instructional videos on photography and I can say that most of the other photographers have a large change between their camera RAW and their post produced images. I am a big proponent of getting the best I can from the inside the camera. Thank you for sharing your skills with us!

Probably my favorite capture from these series so far, the whole scene looks like a Monet painting. I found the tree trunk leaving the frame on bottom right of both 4x5 and 16x9 to be somewhat distracting, but 65x24 looks phenomenal and feels like a mural. Thanks for sharing!

I like the 4x5 because it seems less busy. The last one, 65x24, is outstanding but to complicated which is why I choose the 4x5. All are very good but smaller one you can rest your eyes on an area more easily.

The usual soothing inspiration. I don't get too excited with your videos, contra Hardcastle's output, I just settle down ready to listen and learn.
The old Fuji pano aspect ratio of 65:24, resurrected in the GFX 100, yields the image of the video in my book. It is humbling to pause and note that technology within the GFX 100 will allow such a shot, correctly executed in camera, to be output and printed big as a sumptuous jpeg with no need for stitching or blending.

You asked us to pick our favorite crop so I pick the 65x24. I would like to add that it is because you captured a special feeling that we were walking along with you when you took the picture. With the other crops and lens selections you created stunning images. All second picks and no thirds. On another note, is there any truth to the only way to get an exceptionally great picture is you have to either stand or lay down in near freezing water? Let be careful.
