Thats a tradeoff you have to make in any kind of job which pays really good.. and i think thats fair enough considering that you get to become responsible and a developing human....problems are what make us human otherwise there are animals too.,. ;)

Honestly, I really like working in engineering software cuz everything in the office looks very modest, comfortable and also working with computers it's my dream job
That's not correct. I'm a software engineer, have been for decades, and that has never been the case at any company I've ever worked at. If your comment is valid at a given company, then that company has problems with hiring talent and letting non-productive people go, which is a company nobody would want to work at.

Hi guy, thanks for your sharing experiences to the world in the best place to work. I very love your video and would love to see it more than in your company. I'm a Product Designer in Vietnam and very exciting if you let me see Product Designer at Netflix. Thank you so much!
TBH, I have all the things working from home too^^ And if I would like to, my German employer (Bosch) provides me the same food and equipment at their offices in Stuttgart. Only with less commuting and in a more efficient work environment.

Netflix definitely isn't biased, I'm a new grad software engineer starting in August and I'm pretty much from a school is not well known (Pacific Lutheran University).
