@Rainy J You have to forgive those who have wronged you, but you do not have to trust them again. Now if they are saved and have taken God's Holy Spirit and you know they obey God by keeping his commandments everyday, you should start to trust them because if they are doing right by God, you know they will do right by you. God is the ultimate being. But other than that, I wouldn't motion to trust right away. You know you shouldn't trust them when they haven't even admitted or confessed to what they did behind your back to begin with.
Pride is what God hates the most. So he has to humble us through circumstances.

Legend. I’m 18, and iv had a powerful experience with the lord recently. Derek Prince teachings have helped tremendously throughout my young walk with our lord. Such a blessing he has been, even after him going to be with the lord. When I meet him I would want him to know, just how thankful I am for his obedience to Jesus Christ.

How God has changed my heart and created in me a new heart and has delivered me from all the sins such as sexual immortality, bisexuality, addictions, idols, alcohosim, smoking, severe mental illnesses, reprobate mind. Oh my. I can’t thank God enough for all that He’s done for me. Thank you Jesus!

There are six things that the Lord hates,

It is our pride, arrogance, hot-headedness that cause us to commit these sins.
Pride - the first sin that caused Lucifer’s fall. The exact opposite of how the Son of God, Jesus the Messiah lived His life on earth. A life of humility and of servanthood. Lord we repent of the sin of pride and pray please remove and discard any remnants of pride in us so that we may be more like Jesus, humble and be willing and gracious to serve with love. Amen 🙏

7:24. I can see a definite change of pride in Mr. Prince when I compare his older videos (when a lot young) to this one. He is much more at peace now and shows a bit of meekness that I didn’t see previously. He bares his soul more too. I think some of that comes naturally with becoming older and wiser, but it’s refreshing to see someone who has achieved so much in the name of our Lord be so humble.
I see a big difference in Derek Prince in his earlier sermons, and in his later ones.
He said he was changed when he felt emotionally that the Holy Father is truly his father.
He became more emotional and loving; a softer more human Derek Prince.
Before he was always a wonderful teacher of reason and explained things so well, but his delivery was a bit clinical.
The great emotional man blossomed in the last 3rd of his teachings. Knowing he was a child of God gave him a softness and kindness in his teachings.
His teachings are so loving and humble in the last part of his career.
Derek traded in pride for humility
God does help us learn more as we get older if we are paying attention. We all make mistakes and our heavenly father teaches us but we have to listen.

I truly miss Derek Prince some how even though I never met him before. He has the true love of Christ in him, and makes you feel like you could just go up to him and give him a hug

I struggle with smoking cigarettes and weed. Although I love the lord and weep daily over what he did for us and I expose my inner most feelings and thoughts to GOD regularly and pray all the time. I can tell u now I am in now way proud of these things I’m ashamed and I don’t understand why I cannot seem to just quit. I’ve changed in my walk through this last year but not nearly enough but I know GOD Is working on me.

I always felt in my spirit that the " God hated Esau" verse was symbolic for something else. I also seen in Genesis that Esau always forfeited eternal things for temporary pleasures.
@JoJoe MC Exactly. That scripture does not mean God hated, as in despised Esau. He just didn't grant him the promises as it was initially intended for him to get. Esau actually was blessed after that, just like Ishmael was blessed although God didn't choose him. God is a good God. He doesn't work like the world by literally despising and mistreating one person because they don't measure up to his expectations. He is merciful.
Today, there is none of that comparison between two people and who God chooses for a purpose. We all have purposes we either make a choice to fulfill in God or not. Today's Esau is anyone who is willing to give up their inheritance or right to the tree of life (salvation by the Holy Spirit) for any temporary thing on earth. I'm not giving up my Holy Ghost for anybody.

I have a feeling there are spiritual things that happened that are not fully revealed, or better yet that I have not understood because I have been lazy not to study and seek the face of God for. What I can say though is this: a lot of the old testament, at face value it does not make sense. In the spiritual realm though, oh the Glory of God shines through.

So, Esau was never intended to get the blessing, it was already planned out by God, just like the younger Isaac was chosen over Ishmael, and the younger Ephraim chosen above the older Manasseh. It's how God operates.
I've been addicted to alcohol, gambling, fornication and traumatized by constant demonic attack, and went through worse experiences of dealing with common illness, fear and anxiety. But thank God for Derek Prince, I'm completely changed person since I tuned into his UA-cam channel and listen to him preaching. I can literally felt the Holy Spirit work in my life as I listen to him closely. Thank you God the Son, Father and Holy Spirit for wonderful work in my life. To Christian brothers and sisters, please help pray for continuous healing and restoration to take place. May you all be blessed. Amen

God Bless You Justin, I have to been traumatised by fear since my fathers death when he was killed by a road traffic accident. Fear entered & never left until I finally came to the Lord. Fear is so corrosive, it kills the spirit & constricts the heart. What I felt was abject terror. In the past 5 weeks I have been ridden with constant & acute anxiety & fear. I did not turn to the Lord, but I cried out to him & repented. I felt he had given me up but was told by my pastor that he will never ever leave me, that He was walking beside me as I go through the really dark valley. I still have health problems to go through & they worry me, but I must turn to him first & foremost, only God Saves. When you go through the valleys remember he will be with you. He always walks beside you.
@@annemurphy6964 Anne, That was a good,supportive comment to Justin. I recently heard a pastor say that he got out of bad anxiety by writing three things he was grateful for every day. Then he would inevitably read over some of the past things he had written. It takes some time to have an effect, but for him it worked great. Trains the brain to see some positive things. I’m on day eight and only now beginning to notice some difference. A few days ago it seemed silly and a waste, even bothersome (seemed like yet another thing I was trying, which wasn’t going to work, and which I would soon stop and be disappointed by. But the fact that it takes such a short time enabled me to continue). Now Im glad I continued. We’ll see what happens from here. I had the notebook and pen right there. I do it soon after waking.

I remember God dealing with pride through the Holy Spirit in my life. It was many years ago, and honestly I was in a bad way. I couldn't think of what I was being prideful about, I had a very low self-esteem those days. My life was a mess but He gave me a very long "talking to" regarding pride. I really believe it was for my future life, as He told me would be much better. I have gotten other pride warnings since then, as my life has changed and is not so horrible. I remember thinking: God does not like prideful people!! That has always stuck with me, and I know I need to be careful about that now and in my future. One other lesson I learned is do not question why you are the way you are! He got angry once when I was in tears asking him why I acted the way I did sometimes. I heard: I MADE YOU---and He went on to explain that we all need molded to become better Christians........ He was very upset over that, but put so much love and peace in my spirit that day!! He is a wonderful, gracious God!!!

I had a lot of pride before my life fell apart. Over the past 15 years the Lord has been molding me and preparing me for this time. @@lexol3347 no pride is not the opposite of low self esteem you can have both at the same time. It's counter intuitive but I lived it. God had to deliver me from both. Pride blinds you to sin. Low self esteem robs you of functioning and joy.

The Lord has been working on me greatly the last 3 years primarily about pride, earthly pleasures possessions, and lust. Hearing Derek speak of his last 2 & a half years, is so my current story. I'm so different than I was just a short time ago. Still fighting these issues but I'm so much better now and continuing to grow. Praise be to our Heavenly Father, I could not have made my strides without people like Derek and the Love and guidance of Jesus Christ.
Derek Prince blessed my life when I was young. I am growing old, and his diligence and obedience to Our Father continues to bless me. Glory to The Most High God!

Amazing, all these things are happening now. Look at all the vanity going around now and people are becoming degenerate and proud. They are lovers of themselves and lack any sense of morality at all. Not to be negative, but I put my trust in Christ, not trump. I was delivered of politics a month in my walk. I was Donald trump supporter too. But I realized the political mess is not Christ like at all. And to separate from it. Also I still agree with some right winged ideas, the good ones like abortion laws and things like that, but I believe trump is really not who people think he is. I’ll pray for him and all politicians, to repent and give their life to Christ fully... that’s the best prayer for non Christians anyways. JESUS2020!!!

Prideful, sickness leaded to life and death situation, surgery and lying in bed for full three months. The moment I woke up from surgery. I was crying like never did before in my whole life. 13:53 "Corruption cannot be reversed." I don't believe that's true. I mean, that's the whole thing about salvation in the first place, that we are shown our corruptions and that the Holy Spirit comes to dwell within us in order to free us from sin, corruption. God can do anything! So this particular statement doesn't seem to be from God.
That's what Derek is saying, it is natures law that corruption is progressive and can't not be stopped. You can slow it, but can not stop it. Hence God in His grace gives us new birth.

I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
These scriptures have been widely misconstrued by those who read into God's word with human intellect instead of with God's Holy Spirit. The scriptures are spiritually discerned. That's why, while having a doctorates degree may be great for prosperity in the world, it does not mean one will understand God's word.
There are people who say that, "we are not saved by works", but are the people that are saying that "good deeds" and a reputation of being good is evidence that a person is saved. What? Do you hear that massive contradiction?
In the above scriptures, Jesus was telling those Pharisees, like he would tell the ones of today, he did NOT come to be the savior of those who thought already having a noble name, a degree, high status, and those who took pride in "being good" by basically just having a high standard of morality. He came for those that were the thieves, prostitutes, liars, and others who were highly despised in society, which WERE PEOPLE with BAD REPUTATIONS. In other words, the Pharisees were the people saying, "Yeah, I've made some mistakes, but overall, I'm a good person and I have done nothing like those shameful "sinners" (the liars, thieves, "hoes", and "chief of sinners" like Paul was before conversion) that Jesus is sitting with." They thought that this made them more worthy to be saved and chosen of God then the sinners that he sat with to save them.
Again, if you are one of those people that thinks that you don't need to repent and live Holy because you already are considered a good person by those in society in general; then you are right...You dont have need of the physician. Apparently you deemed yourself as "too good" and too moral and absent of any sins that God needs to save you from.
That scripture WAS NOT talking about people who were bad people or the "sinners" they were BEFORE God saved them, but RECOGNIZED that they were sinners even if they had good reputations and came to God, repented, and turned from their sin and now live Holy. Obviously they did see that they needed the Lord to change them. The Pharisees thought salvation was for good people who had made it evident to everyone else that they were "good, decent" people. But your "good, decent" is not what God says is holy or righteous. You, too, have sins you need to be saved from. But if you think you are chosen because you have a good name already, and that you therefore don't have to repent and live Holy like everyone else, we'll just wait until that glorious day of the judgment to see who was right.

Duertonmomy chapter 31, mixing heathen rituals and customs into true worship of God, idolatry. Theirs few decent churches left, sadly, these heathen traditions have come into some churches. In acts chapter 12, a scribe messed up, and wrote Easter. It's a pajan holiday, that some denominations embraced, and Passover is alien to these preachers. Easter is derived from saxony goddess Ashtoreth, groves. The sumerian in ancient Babylon started the Ashtoreth, fertility goddess of agriculture. Jezebel from HEMATH, Lebanon, married ahab king of Israel, and brought Ashtoreth, and 400 baal priests. God hates sodomy and abortion. In deuteronomy chapter 23, God says keep the military camp clean. No sodomy or sweet queens, they cant serve in combat warfare. The sweet queens are women. I have nothing against them, God doesn't want them in combat. Inflation is getting worse, moses warned this latter times generation in deuteronomy chapter 31, of calamity and curses. Many people are stubborn and defiant. Mass shootings are getting worse. Revelation chapter 13, were headed for a political one world system. Near future, satan arrives in his role as antichrist, and takes over a one world religious order, 5 month period. People go crazy over rock stars, movie stars. When antichrist arrives 6th trump, the majority will run after him like bananas. Antichrist will perform supernatural miracles and wonders. Like walking on water, and calling ignorant people to come out to him, many will worship antichrist. Many people are too lazy or dont care to study the bible. It will be spiritual destruction for many people. Its written in revelation chapter 11, majority will give gifts to each other and rejoice. Out of ignorance, they think its Jesus. At the 7th trump, when Jesus returns, the world will be terror stricken, they realize they just worshipped antichrist. Many people will be in Hades, place of dead and taught during millennium, revelation chapter 20.

Ok, I’m sorry but I gotta address this and I didn’t listen to the whole thing but He said it was the degeneration of human character and that’s not the Biblical pov at all!
The #1 thing God gates is pride! Read the seven deadly sins and all that.
How do we define pride?
The Bible gives us a definition and it’s self righteousness. If you can do anything in your own strength to produce what the law requires which is our moral standard then that’s self righteousness. Self righteousness comes from focusing and relying upon it own effort. That’s what the flesh is! It’s relying upon your self effort.
So, the law requires you and me through it own self effort to be Holy, just and God but there’s a problem with that. We’re not! In our flesh we are sinners through and through. We are cursed because of Adam’s sin. It’s a fallen state that we can’t escape from no matter how hard we try.
We aren’t sinners because we sin. We sin because we’re sinners!
When you rely upon what you do that’s what you’re saying you want is to escape the sin condition but no amount of works or good deeds can make that happen and if you ever did them you’d be self righteous and full of pride!
THAT is why God gates pride.
That’s why it’s called salvation. We can’t save ourselves and the moment we try to measure up we’re not relying upon the righteousness that’s a free gift and that’s when the works of the flesh comes in according to Paul in Galatians 5.
Pastors and leaders are teaching earth unto their congregations oftentimes well meaning but they don’t understand that the underlying problem isn’t moral depravity. That’s the symptom of a much deeper issue which is the flesh and it desire to justify ourselves.
When you see moral depravity it’s because a deep sense of condemnation is there in the heart of the sinner and until they clear their guilty conscience it will just get worse so when you preach moral perfection you’re just feeding that beast.
That’s why religion didn’t work!
That’s what Christianity is! it’s a religion that twists the righteousness of God into yet another religious.
The answer isn’t to look at ourselves at all! When we look at ourselves for sin we’ll see an awful lot and the more we behold the ugliness of self the worse we’ll get but when we look to Jesus and HIS justification then we are set free and that’s when true Holiness is achieved!
Most are so confused over this that they don’t know it but there’s a large group of people in the church that WANT to bypass the cross and justify themselves and these are the ones that get really angry when you preach Grace!
They will never tell you that’s their motives but it is and this message of self righteousness is super attractive to so many which is why it’s preached. You don’t get money for preaching righteousness as a free gift because people don’t like to hear that.
THEY want the praise and the glory! They don’t want to give it to Jesus

The bible says God Hates Pride. I do too. I hate it when men think they have the right to tell me what Jesus wants me to Do. Anybody who thinks they have the right to speak for God in someone else's life suffers from Pride.. That includes all churches and all pastors. Jesus Speaks to me HimSelf. Jesus does NOT speak to some self-titled man for me.

Stop the pride in authority over the women. That was her punishement in genesis 3. Forgive women and made her fully equal again like you two living like angels togheter.

Pride.. it's such a nasty sticky thing .. I feel it it gets on me and I keep praying it away but it's sticky. Like two sided tape or leaches, glue as you try to get it off it keeps getting on the other side or my other hand. I hate it so bad. Days I wish I just sleep the whole day so pride doesn't rear it's ugly repulsive head. Jesus help me please.
