Thank you! This is the best video I've seen on making fireweed tea. I made a little bit last year and think it's a lovely tea. There is much fireweed in my area due to a fire 3 years ago. I made fireweed jelly last night and will be making the tea the way you showed us. One word of advice is I made some with some very young shoots early this Spring and the tea had little flavour. Using the matures leaves, like you show in the video is important. Thanks again.

.... I hope... You will use also the flower... You can dry them or you can make sirup, jelly... ... It would be good to use all of Rallarros...

Hi Heather :) No it cannot to my knowledge - there is a different plant, that is strangely also called fireweed that looks nothing like the rosebay willowherb (Chamaenerion angustifolium). The one with the yellow flowers is poisonus!
