I swear Jamie has the wildest breaks . From splitting a block literally on half.. to blowing the crank off & the entire bottom end. That is some serious shit.
@robertallen-kennedy777 😭😭😭 no need to snitch on yourself... I was just busting your chops... Hell.. if I did drugs.. I would have blamed Auto correct!
Loved seeing these cars out there all weekend! Can't wait for the next time you guys can come out. Thanks for covering the weekend so extensively in your video! In case you haven't marked your calendars yet... Northstar Speed Summit 2.0 is scheduled for Sept. 6th - 8th.
Absolutely love the camaraderie, even though your car is broke you’re more than willing to pull parts off and give it to a competitor that just great sportsmanship such a great community and congratulations Mario
Imagine being such an inspiration for these young men that with guidance you’re making great men that chase and achieve there dreams and the odd world record. Brent and Jamie are superheroes!
An hour and 14 minutes of pfi to end my day? My day is complete. Great way to end my day! Sending good vibes your way to get that back feeling better! Sick events aren’t the same without you there!
Was awesome meeting tho whole team! Was an absolute blast! Glad I could pick your brain alittle bit Brent! Definitely an awesome experience hangin out with everyone
Jamie, Derek, Mario, Shanes, and Morgan's car s are all just so beastly looking! And they back up there race car looks with great times and great hp numbers. Shout out to Morgan for building and maintaining alot of these serious transmissions!
What a hell of a weekend! Was nice meeting you guys! That was the funnest drag racing I've seen in years. Don't be a stranger now and come back for the fun!
Man Brent I love to see u guys the whole crew seem like people I would hang out with IRL. So glad u are there to watch it an absolute blast to follow and ur a legend
Hey Brent home all goes well with your back. I was at Sick Summer day 1 and chatted with Trevor and his wife for a while. He had nothing but good thing to say about you and the crew. Keep up the good work
21:43 from inside the wheel well view it looks as tho the #1 main let go causing the snout to break off.... possibly all the mains let go. definitely crazy carnage.. reminds me of the time when you guys split the block in jamies car previously.. lots of power and on the fineline of desctruction with these aluminum castings and age
Brent it was great seeing ya again man. Shawn aka Goofy a pleasure as usual! All you Colorado guys were awesome. Let me know when you guys get that event together I'd like to come out west and run with ya'll again!!👊
If you get a Honda to go low 8s once. every part on that Honda should be replaced. Just have another engine ready with oil in it and spare trans hooked up and a spare set of axles also help clean the oil off the track afterwards.
Love the content keep it up guys you got this hard week in the bag Also I had to play the clip at 10:51 over and over cuz it just so happens to be my name you said. Shout out to Jason Hunt the Tuner for the civic. 🎉
Its beyond nice to have a pops who is always saying you did awesome and the best nothing wrong but its also good to have a dad who pushes you and gives you the good bad and ugly so you can have insight from a person you know you can take the advise from.. just saying.. it can cause distance between people in some ways.. sometimes..
Man. You and Jamie put in so much work and have the most insane breaks. It sucks. But keep on pushing man. Keep up the good work. I qualified and drove all the way to Tennessee one year for Loretta Lynn's motocross national just to melt a piston the first moto because of an issue with the VP fuel we used. I wasn't the only one it happened to tho.
It was great meeting you Brent. You can film drifting from the back of my truck anytime. Sorry we didn’t get back to you with the golf cart they shut us down. 🤦
Brent and crew were at BIR less than an hour from my house and I missed them. Just 2 days before my birthday? Someone tell me again how life is fair. I’m sorry to see Jamie had some pretty tough luck again. I hope it’ll work out for him. You guys are too cool to have such issues.
Im sorry you're going through that. I injured my back doing a extremely physical job in my early 20s. I have been battling back and neck pain issues for over a decade. I hope you find healing . Keep being rad!
I've been watching since they were just moving into the new shop, then I went Back to watch all the old stuff. I think I'm all caught up. It's impressive how much of an impact o.g. Brent and his buddies had on developing what import racing is today.
HELP! I need advice on the blue Gates RPM timing belts. Are they OK for a daily and how often should I change it. Semi built 1.8 turbo (rods, valves, springs & retainers). Any input would be helpful, preferably from people that have first hand experience with those belts.
Brent, brother do what it takes to get that back stronger. Hey you need to remember you have sons that can get under those transmissions and put them in. We find out the hard way that age isn't our friend! Take care young man and heal up.
The block mains on cylinder 1 and 2 are probably stripped out but that damper did some damage..... makes me wonder the condition of the aluminum rods but that's crazy what happened to Jamie
I paused the video to write a comment. I wonder how Brent managed to celebrate mario's passing, from the other side of the world, as if we did it or our team won the game. Lets go pfi people. I am looking forward to see Brent behind the wheel
I'm no professional just putting my 2 cents in...i have a b series with a gates high rpm or whatever they call the blue belt and its by no means loose without the frontside manual tensioner. i checked the tension on the front side of my belt the other day and its TIGHT. my theory is with both tensioners there may be too much stress on the snout of the crankshaft causing it to shear off like so.
Let’s gooooooo. Was a goddamn blast! Cant wait till the next one
Never bring that Henny around me again lolololololololol 😂😂💀
I swear Jamie has the wildest breaks . From splitting a block literally on half.. to blowing the crank off & the entire bottom end. That is some serious shit.
If I remember right its the 2nd time his car has blown the nose of the crank.
😂😂😂 I read the comment and was like.... I don't think he have a wild "brake" setup..... the realized he probably meant "breaks" as in bad issues!
@@dennismelville7532 I was stoned & didn’t even realize I messed that up whoops
@robertallen-kennedy777 😭😭😭 no need to snitch on yourself... I was just busting your chops... Hell.. if I did drugs.. I would have blamed Auto correct!
He breaks stuff too

The valve cover paint job on goofys engine is so cool..around 46:00 your shadow makes the lighting show up, but not in the direct sun. So rad
Yooooooo so pumped to see you guys at BIR. I was drifting the green foxbody. Next time you guys gotta go for a ride 🤘🤘🤘

Nate is a standup guy. He is the go-to Honda transmission builder around here. Thanks for visiting man!
What a hell of a weekend! Was nice meeting you guys! That was the funnest drag racing I've seen in years. Don't be a stranger now and come back for the fun!
So happy for Mario. He’s been working hard for that.
Edit: Damn. Wish he backed it up with another solid run. That's racing.
Glad you loved our state Brother! Come back soon and often.
Proud to have you represent my home track! Hope you boys enjoyed a little Minnesota nice
I have been around the muscle car community my entire life but the import community seems like the coolest. Thanks for showing and bringing us along.
It’s so cool to see you guys sharing parts and coming together to help each other: so much heart for the sport!
Was awesome having you guys up here!! Wish I could’ve stopped and shook hands with you!!
Thanks for coming out you guys! We'd love to have you out to the one in September for another shot at Mark's belt!
Man Brent I love to see u guys the whole crew seem like people I would hang out with IRL. So glad u are there to watch it an absolute blast to follow and ur a legend
Fasted/quickest lude in the world, well done mr mario, king of the ludes!

So many cool hot rods, that DSM is super sick, so clean & just rips from start to finish. Awesome video!

Love your work guys, Big Aussie fans
Awd Honda’s are sweet, but nothing (for me) is better than a Honda with fat slicks in the front flying right past an awd
I was there on the first day and got to meet the crew. Bunch of cool guys and hopefully next time i'll be in the lanes
Glad to see some pfi speed content! Missed your videos, brother!
I feel your pain Brent, I injured my back recently. It sucks. Stops you doing everything. Good luck mate, I hope we both get better soon.
Great to see you out in MN. - Guy in the White X3M

Was kinda hoping to see you guys at Sick Summer but I'll take an hour + video from the PFI boys any day... Love yall, be safe this season!

First track I ever raced at when I was 15 in my uncle Chevelle
Great vid Great group of people man your whole crew are legends
Congrat Mario. Well deserved.
Mannnn so much carnage at this event! Very very expensive to get all these cars back on the road! But that dsm is a beast!!
Man, when Jaime breaks stuff, he BREAKS stuff lol
Yeah, I remember when when he split that block in half at Bradenton. I’ve never seen carnage like that.
I love watching your videos Man very inspiring

Awesome guys, sad to see all the breakage but it's racing :(
That 2nd and 3rd sounded like it was gripping hard thought the slicks were gonna chunk out poor Jamie wish him the best he been full sending it tho
This should get me through the next hr of work nicely!!!!! Hell yeah 🤘👊👍

The block mains on cylinder 1 and 2 are probably stripped out but that damper did some damage..... makes me wonder the condition of the aluminum rods but that's crazy what happened to Jamie

Goodmorning Brent. Welcome back, missed ya Brother!
Wish you would upload more like you did before. Miss the bangers you put out.

23:01 definitely want to measure those rods especially if aluminum 😂
And wristpins
We won’t reuse any of it . Probably could go in a beater project making 600 😂
Brent what is the best B series block to build ?
Let's gooooo!.. To work 😂 I'll have to watch this later ❤
I see the grey beard and think damn where did the time go ? I think I’m older than you too my friend but still feel 16 ! Hahahaaaa it’s a mindset
Brett! Dont take so long tween them videos. Have jamie and the boys get it out. We love you guys and all the cool stuff you do. Stay Rad!

Brent silly question here but what is the purpose of the plate at the front of Jamie's car ?
It’s for weight . So we put as much weight in front of the tires and low as possible so the car bites when we leave the line
Was Jamie’s throttle getting stuck?
After the burn out he had to manually kill it and same at the end do the run
You said an ls in the one car is it still front wheel drive or were my eyes deceiving me.
We need more pfi videos in the week
You guys are the best!!
