I received mine yesterday and have been able to adjust it so that it can be used on a flugelhorn as well as trumpet or cornet. Great item. The arthritis in my left shoulder and hand doesn't bother me when playing now. Thanks for the info Donna.
Here's a 4th group that could benefit, multi-instrumentalists. I play keyboard in the left hand simultaneously with the trumpet but it's pretty hard on my right pinkie supporting all the weight. This may be helpful, or it may just be a fussy and cumbersome complicator, not sure.
I never thought of trombone players needing this...but I can see where someone can create a left shoulder rest that supports the horn and takes away the weight from the left thumb. Contact JazzLab and give your feedback. If enough people have a need, they may look into it.

Great to hear and glad it's helping you. Please share the video with others whom you think it can help.
Could you describe how you got it to work since unlike the trumpet, the valve casings sit above the lower tubing. Pic would be even better, thx.
Excellent review. I’m writing JazzLab re trombone. Much thanks.
@@zeldemalevitz4996 Hey, I’d be very interested in your thoughts for trombone. Might you post them here?
Hi! I'm thinking of buying this for a student that can only use the right hand. Do you think it would work? Thank you
Yes!

Great idea!
So this leads us to the all-time-nightmare of brass instrument ergonomics, the trombone. What say you for Trombone?

I knew about ergobrass. The set costs about 150 bucks. The jazzlab is a bit more affordable.
Can't see the link for the sax holder
Thanks for the reminder - just added it in the Video Description
