Hello my friend, ive just subscribed to your channel. I've just started coarse fishing, started march last year after years of fly fishing, damn there's loads to learn, in the opposite i love the feeders with sides my favourite is the drennen pellet 30g feeder, it's my go to especially in winter when I'm fishing in about 15ft, and I've caught most of my fish on it. I do use the flat type now and then but i make sure my pellets or ground bait is a touch wetter to make sure it gets to the bottom. Enjoying the videos keep them coming 👍

Not fished Ravenfield for many years but used to get some lovely nets of roach (and small brown trout) on bread punch from the first pond.
@@davetaylor8858 still plenty of roach pal but I’ve not had a brown trout out be nice to drop on one if still any there
