I have a GNX #069 out of 547.
I have a regular one. Ain’t not GNX. They’re badass!
@@mikeyouwanthjjjburkhardt6064 she sure is badass.
I’m jealous. I had a 1987 gray/silver T type for 10 years. Took it too the Buick Nationals 6 times. Love the Buick clan.
@@hotshoe1958that was a nice car. Had an 85 white T-type, burgundy interior and a 86 GN.
I have owned 6 turbo buicks since 87. Right now building a TA performance all aluminum block w/se heads,RJC intercooler 5inch downpipe w/4 inch exhaust 72/70 precision turbo e85 turbo Tweak ecm,Janis transmission w/3500 stall ptc converter hoping for low 9s 25lbs. Boost. On kill 32lbs high 8s.
Same, my first was a 86 zero option. My now 87 has everything you just wrote, less the alum block an heads, I'm all iron, but i set the car up for 1000hp just in case i go Alum.
@@YoudSayOmg I had a stage 2 Duttweiler iron block with M&A heads back in the mid 90s. Car ran high 9s @140mph. Problem was there was no one to tune cats back then
What rims and tires are those?
before Avonte Gaurd F140's, now RC Comp wheels.
Looks expen$ive!! Love the rotisserie restoration. The paint looks the best I’ve seen and I’ve seen tons going to the Buick nationals with the 87’ Ttype Two tone gray and silver for six years in a row. Miss my T😢.
I love the car no question about it, as we all do,
But u killed the look on that beast by installing thoes ugly 1970’s wheels and tires that’s on it, if u don’t drive it daily to race, as least put back on the stock wheels and tires, and use thoes monster 4x4 wheels for racing only, thoes wheels takes away 90% of the factory look of the car,
Fans who love the GN, as I do want to see the org wheels, not again thoes 4 wheel drive rims on it, and it’s mix and match tires, the stance also makes it look like the A team van, how it’s pitched rear end and it’s all black look, makes it not a GNX, but the A team grand national van,
Sorry, it’d just wanna see a org gn with some original textures to it, and again love the car, but u attract more looks to it when it looks factory,
LOL....dude ,get lost, this aint your car.....you ain't feeling no 728tq acceleration with street tires....
Can't wait to own either an '87 Grand National or T-Type coming soon so my '91 Mustang Notchback 1,000+ horsepower can have a roommate in my garage
I own a 1987 GN that I bought while stationed in Germany back in 1992. Got a frame of restauration on it and to me looks and feel way better than new.
Best looking car hands down, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Austin, Boogutty, McLaren.. every single one can’t hold a candle to this work of art ❤❤❤
Gorgeous car! I used to own an 87 Astroroof GN in the late 90's and early 2k's. I'm in the St. Aug/South Jax area and starting to get the bug again...lol I want a gray Turbo -T w/ the black out trim this time though... or a WE4.... I really like the all gray interiors...lol
That is a sweet GN... nice job on the build
I agree!!
Love the GN ................... 👍👍👍👍
God Bless this piece.
Mine is t top mild build stock rotating assembly 500hp 600tq. TE 60 turbo, alky, 3inch down pipe, pypes 2.5 exhaust, boost at 20psi.

Beautiful Car!!!!
Smith Shirley Brown Christopher Miller Cynthia
Time for a new owner who respects what he owns.
How about you show the car actually running the 1/4 mile? Seriously, 30+ minutes of still pics with a few videos showing you driving less than 5 mph...I skipped through most of it looking for you actually DRIVING the car...nothing...moving on...
bitch an moan, bitch an moan, check other vids.........
This car has never been at the Buick GS Nationals?? The grand-daddy of all Buick high performance muscle cars for over 40 years? Why not? This year it's May 17-20 and it's THE show and race for all high perf. Buicks.
i live in Orlando. It goes to Orlando Speed World. the GS nationals, is for Yankee's an Canadians ...lol
Beatiful GN in every way but people want to see what it's got why even do all the performance shit to it and not show what the hell the car can do. Waste of time.
check other vid's,lol ,What it does is illegal. it's even Illegal at the track. This isn't a trailer queen. It's a street car.
Sounds nice!
Hey what's happening nice G.N.X did you take it out to race track and race any other cars & thanks for sharing your videos 👋👍🤔🙂♥️
i've ran everything under the FL sun. Only Telsa's are a good race. It'll run low 10's, high 9's
20k made.. good luck getting one
All those cool looking gauges won’t tell you anything until it’s too late. The only good way to monitor engine data is by logging and review after.
Wrong, the E-Dash tells you everything. plus there is a audible detonation alarm. along with it's XFI 2.05. it has both oil an fuel sensor cut-offs. Only Cal Hartline tunes this car. This car was tuned LIVE.
to add, it also has learning. I dont have to re-tune it for Season changes.
Sweet ride, lots of time and money went into it.
Awesome Build 👍🏁
Where did you buy the front chin spoiler that looks like it has a dual ram air setup?
its a old school KB spoiler. they stop making them in 2015, The passenger side is my Trans cooler scoop, the middle the oil cooler, i run a a front mount intercooler, the drivers side is my air inlet, both the side one's are ducted.
Lowered: sad; Wheels: sad

Is this the one that was put on eBay for an outrageous price?
depends whats outrageous to your wallet or purse. Mines fully appraised. ,Read the info pull down.
Better than porn😮
Grand national dr pics are epic
Never seen someone put the scan master in that location.
they sale a Verco mount, mines for the XFI.
That torque is insane
you feel every bit of it too. the nice cushion seats make you sink all the way to the back seat about.lol
Great build, but yours needs the number 549, as someone at ASC already has a white GNX conversion back in 87, using parts from the original builds to run his "re-fabrication". Unfortunately, I have no idea if she is still around. You couldn't find any Stewart Werner gauges for yours? Or do you prefer the look of the VDO's.
your talking about X-Ray. It's still around, there was still only 547 made, No such thing as a white GNX. The VDO's are adjustable over SW's ,plus i have a trans temp.

Wow what a beautiful GN. One day I will own one of these.
Where in Florida are you located man? I am in the Brooksville area and I’d love to cruise with you one of these days. I noticed one of the pictures was you at the Don Garlitz museum, I will be at that show on November 5 and at the Buick, Pontiac, Oldsmobile and Cadillac show in Auburndale on the 28th of this month
Orlando, I'll be at the Lakeland Lake Mirror car show this weekend with it. I might do the BPOC show as well.
@@YoudSayOmg sweet! If you do the BOPC show, I’ll be there with mine. Hope to see you there
GS Nationals are in a lousy location. No reason to go to Bowling Green unless you're picking up a new C8 Corvette.
You can also take any car to Beech Bend Dragstrip do you have a car worthy of that?
@@AnthonyMarshal-zk3rl I think so , a 2019 Cadillac ats v that will run a 12.1 @118 in the quarter mile all stock. But no need to go to bowling Green to run it. Several other tracks are much closer.
I have one. I’m a 70 Chevelle guy, but you’re off on a lot of your scores. These are awesome for their era.
GN will smoke the Chevelle
That stance is incredible…
Perfect build my friend!!!
Nice car! and great work!
Stock block or stage upgrade?❤
stock 109, an stock iron heads ported.
@@YoudSayOmg 650 hp nooooo problem.
@@MrBlackbutang 7:18 in he video, the cams only .480 in lift. I get 30mpg at 70mph with more TQ then a Hellcat.
@@YoudSayOmg most people don’t understand low compression and camshaft!
I did back in the day ran a 210/205 cam. Te62 turbo (very old school) 55lb injectors @50 fuel pressure = 10.28 quarter mile 18/20 mpg if I’d stay out boost . Nice ride you have 🏁🏁🏁🏁🇺🇸
Which wheels are those? They look a little more refined than the GNX replicas
custom made Avont Guard F140's 18x9,18x10,i have sold them.
@@YoudSayOmg Omg that's sick. What's on it now?
@@AeroSS87 the RC Comps. the drag wheels.
What size tires and rims do you have
they were big an wide, now skinny an wider.
Favorite car of all times
Nice Paint job^!!^
thanks,BASF Onyx HD pure black, there is no clear coat on my car, its water based single stage.
@@YoudSayOmg , I painted Mine in Deltron Acrylic Urethane and wet sanded the Clear coats to a mirror surface and then Polished.
